• Playa Chorrillos - Our first stop will be to the largest fish market in Lima. If you want to walk among the locals, this is a great place to do so! See the local fishermen mending their nets and restoring their little boats, hear their stories and experience a bit of the sea. A great opportunity to feed the pelicans in the Chorrillos bay is also available for those with children or who would enjoy interacting with wildlife.

In a brief span of time, we’ll explore the significant southern districts of Lima. We’ll tour a popular fish market and interact with the locals as they anticipate the day’s catch brought in by the fishermen. Contrasting poverty-stricken areas with prosperous ones reveals an amazing view of the Pacific beneath us. We’ll amble through some of Lima’s finest parks and the chic, bohemian Barranco district, immersing ourselves in local life. You’ll get to taste some of Peru’s much-loved snacks as we guide you through Lima’s premier handcraft and souvenir shops in the fashionable Barranco neighborhood.

• If client is arriving via cruise ship, they will need to take the bus provided for them by their cruise line to a pre-determined meeting point where our guide will await them with a sign that displays their name. Please contact supplier after booking to arrange this meeting point.
