Favorite tour on our whole trip - This was an amazing tour. Everything was great and the gondola was absolutely breathtaking. I loved having my picture with the koala. This was an extra free but well worth it for the keepsake. We would absolutely do this trip again.

Perfect full day tour - Everything was perfectly planned the highlight of the trip was Skyrail further the buffet was also great being a vegetarian I thought we will not get any option but surprisingly we had enough options.

Busy and fun day in the rainforest - Tour was well planned and executed and lots of fun. Highlights were the scenic railway trip and butterfly gardens . Rainforestation park was also informative and interactive. It was a very pleasant day and tour operator was fantastic.

Amazing Kuranda Tour - Fantastic Great Kuranda Experience including the train ride and skyrail both brilliant an not to miss. As well it was a full day with Butterfly Sanctuary, Army Duck through a trail in the Rainforest and yes through deep water too, many more sights shops and a huge lunch. Enjoyed this day with my sister.

The perfect day trip - Tons of things to do. Little one loved the boomerang throw and we loved everything from train to duck duck go to the dance, the food and the sky rail ofcourse. Exceptional management no complaints

Good time from start to finish - Wonderful time from begin to end of your. Everything per plan. The pickup was on time, the time provided each stop was adequate and the driver cum tour guide was friendly abs knowledgeable

Great small town with a lot to see - Kuranda was great with a lot of little shops, snacks, and wildlife sanctuaries. The train ride was scenic but long and there’s no air conditioning so would be hot during the summer. I would have liked more time in town, but overall a great trip.

Great Day Out - We simple had a great day! The variety of activities was wonderful! Lunch fabulous! Scenery breathe taking!

Horrible tour company and left feeling scammed - Do not waste your money on this tour! It wasn’t until we had made the journey to Kuranda and were on the way to the Nature Park that the guide informed us that the sky rail cable car was under maintenance and we would be returning by bus. No apologies, nothing about getting the tickets for the cable refunded, just totally blasé. The guide was completely MIA the entire time and our group was confused as to where everything was, and we almost missed the boomerang throwing because of it. Also, this tour is listed as accessible, but it absolutely is NOT. There was supposed to be a shuttle that went from Kuranda station to the butterfly museum/main area, but the guide couldn’t be bothered to drive the small group of us that needed it, and one of the members of our group had requested wheel chair assistance which was never provided, so she had to miss out on some of the activities which was total crap. Save yourself the money and stress and just go yourself. I’m not sure what we paid all the money for to be honest. It would have been cheaper and easier to just book the activities separately and go at our own pace.

Not accessible as described, Unpleasant driver and no tour guide yo help you when needed. - Tour was advertised as accessible. Definitely was not for those with mobility issues. So many stairs. Was suppose to have a bus at the top of the train ride to shuttle to butterfly sanctuary but the driver turned me away and said he couldn't get around construction vehicles and to walk. Took almost 25 minutes with my mobility issues and found him and the bus in front of the sanctuary when I got there. And he told me I only had about a half hour. Came off as rude and as though he didn't believe I needed assistance. I'm missing bones in my feet walking is difficult not that he needed an explanation. After the sanctuary he informed everyone no skyrail cable cars would be ongoing today. And we would be shuttled by bus back to Cairns. Shortly after I looked it up and there was scheduled maintenance ongoing this week. I honestly believe they knew before picking us up and didn't tell us till we were on the tour. Tour guide was not a guide and this is more a self guided situation vs how it was advertised. Add in the extra uphill and stairs walking I had to do it caused the rest of the day to be quite difficult and uncomfortable. The skyrail and butterfly sanctuary as well as the Kuranda village as well as the advertising it as accessible and suitable for most people made me choose this tour. Nothing went smoothly we only had time for the butterfly sanctuary in Kuranda then 4 hours at rainforestation which was drawn out and poorly organized plenty of times it was sitting around waiting. Wish we had more time in Kuranda village instead especially after the climb just to see the butterflies (which were amazing) I just wish I didn't have to rush through it because the driver couldn't be bothered shuttling someone who is disabled. He beat me there he easily could have apologized but simply said to talk to your booking company. Which I did and got no resolve on the advertising of an accessible tour just missing the cableway. Poor organization, awful personality of the driver (the older man wh pulled us up in the morning and brought us to the train station was lovely and kind.) The man in Kuranda village was disinterested and came off as bothered when issues arose with other passengers. Very unhappy with Tropic Wings and the driver in the village. Also slightly off put by viator for not fighting for a better resolution over the accessibility aspects. Do your homework on these tours check to see when attractions may be limited due to scheduled maintenance because clearly Tropic Wings couldn't be bothered to do the same.
