ARRIVAL: AIRPORT - HOTEL

After disembarking the plane, an airline representative will guide you to the Immigration Hall. Please ensure all travel documents are ready before arrival, including passports, immigration card, and travel approval letter from the St. Kitts Covid Task Force, which should be completed in advance. Your passport will be scanned, and your immigration/tourist card will be stamped and partially returned to you. Keep this safe as it will be required upon departure.

Once immigration procedures are complete, proceed down the stairs or escalator to the Customs Hall. Collect your luggage and present your completed Customs Form to the Customs Officer while your baggage is checked. After clearance, head towards the exit. A “TROPICAL TOURS” Representative will be holding a sign (TROPICALTOURS); please introduce yourself to them.

Upon welcoming you to the beautiful St. Kitts/Nevis, your representative will provide you with a package containing general information and an invitation to a “Welcome Briefing” (either the same or the next day) to introduce you to the stunning Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis and the services available during your stay. You will then be escorted to your waiting taxi and taken to your hotel.

RETURN AIRPORT TRANSFER:

Airlines require all international travelers to check in 3 hours before departure.
