Hidden Gem - I don’t quite understand why this tour package (and the place) is so underrated. Very few visitors are present in the area, so it’s just you and the vast plateau of silence. There are no cellular towers, making it a great way to disconnect while reconnecting with nature. Most pictures and videos don’t do justice to this place. The view is absolutely majestic—it feels like we stepped into the famous Windows XP “Bliss” wallpaper. Unreal. If you prefer non-mainstream destinations, this place is a must-visit. With Yelnar and the team as guides, they will take you to hidden, off-road spots via 4x4, where you can enjoy a picnic. I highly recommend them for this trip.

Perfect! - It was a delightful excursion with a sizeable group of more than 30 people. The tour was well organised by Gulzat. 6 jeeps set out to Assy with plenty of anticipation and excitement and were rewarded with majestic scenery, peaceful herds of grazing animals, and glimpses of mysterious nomadic life dotted on the plateau. Children were delighted with horse riding and adults enjoyed picnics by the stream. En route back to the city, Gulzat brought us to Turgen where we did a good hike up to the 29m grandeur waterfall. It was an excellent trip, well planned by our guides, Gulzat and Yelnar, who are experienced and accommodating, friendly and speak good English. I also did Charyn Canyon, lakes Issyk, Kaindy and Kolsay, and 3 separate horse riding trips with Yelnar, all of which were well received. Without fail, Gulzat would ask for my feedback at the end of each tour. Kudos to Yelnar who is knowledgeable and helpful in many ways and to Gulzat, who planned for my tours, accommodating most of my last minute requests. I totally enjoyed myself in the 2 weeks I was in Almaty, thankful to have met both of them. Thank you and well done, Gulzat and Yelnar!

Top of the World - The Assy Plateau is still untouced by modern civilisation and it's the ideal destination if you want to get away from city crowd. Just peace and emdless fields with animals. It is end of the world and top of the world. It means a lot historically if you want to see the origin of huns and nomadic people. Our guide was precise, tentative and with high level of english. This is all what one can expect. It was an unforgettable experience. I recommend.
