More than a volcano and waterfall - I am so glad I booked this trip. I sampled local delicacies, visited a true market, learned about the culture and history as well as visited the volcano and waterfall. Our guides Eddy, Asia and driver Pedro were amazing, knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful representative of this country.

Totally recommended if you want to get away from the rush of the city - We had a great time getting close to the Taal volcano. Our tour guides were wonderful, entertained us the whole way, talked about the history and culture and treated us to a delicious cake and fruits. On top of getting a look at the majestic volcano, we toured a hidden waterfall, which was an amazing experience.

Great Guides, Tasty Treats, and Local Sights - Our guide Seana was quick with communication and pick-up was seamless. We were first pick-up so we were in the car for awhile, but Seana and crew (Eddie, Mark, and driver Rhed entertained us with questions and facts about the Philippines. Throughout the tour they were always quick with an answer to any question, and they all seemed an endless font of knowledge. They were easy to get along with and made the trip very enjoyable. The trip was broken up by a few food stops (loved the fruit), and the chance to boat up to the volcano was great. We especially loved walking to the waterfall through the village and forest. The locals seemed excited to see us. The waterfall itself was gorgeous- I recommend a swimsuit so you can stand under waterfall.

Fantastic day! - I had one day in Manila after work meetings and wanted to get outside of the city. This was the perfect day trip. The crew (incl Eddy) was friendly and knowledgeable and the driver (Jay) expertly navigated the famous Manila traffic. I met and enjoyed nice conversations with 4 other travelers. This trip offers a diversity of experiences and is well-paced. We were well taken care of. I recommend without hesitation.

A fabulous first impression of Philippines!! - My husband and I made our first trip to the Philippines and booked an excursion to Mt. Taal and the hidden waterfall. Our day started early with an informative drive through the countryside. Our guide was Eddy, and he made the trip enjoyable with tidbits of historical information along the way. We stopped at a few scenic overlooks to take photos and we were able to stay as long as we liked. We did some fishing and got close views of he mountains. The hidden falls were incredible and I'm thankful that we were not there during the monsoon season. Overall, the trip was worthwhile with lots of laughs and good conversations. Eddy and our driver Loonie were like long time friends. Many thanks to Eddy and Loonie for making our first time in the Philippines extra special!

Amazing mountain and waterfall excursion!! - My wife and I booked an excursion to Taal mountain and the hidden falls. Our guide for the day was Eddie. Eddie was a great guide and was very knowledgeable with the history of the local areas. Along our stops, we were never rushed whether it was enjoying the boko coconut pie, buying fruit from the roadside stands or enjoying scenic overlooks. Eddie took the time to take as many photos as we wanted, and if Eddie was busy with other people in our group, our driver Loonie was able to take photos as well. Loonie was an excellent driver as well. He was able to navigate the hectic driving conditions and even found shorter routes to save us travel time. Together, Eddie and Loonie made our excursion truly memorable. We highly recommend them both.

Fun day in Taygatay - Eddy is a phenomenal tour guide. He was very informative and took us to a lot of places we wouldn’t have ended up at otherwise! Pedro was very friendly and helpful & kept our stuff safe in the van while we toured. Would highly recommend this tour. Definitely bring an extra pair of shoes/socks for the waterfall hike as you do end up walking through streams at some points.

A fun trip from Manila! - We had a rough start due to the infamous Filipino traffic jam; however, the trip was wonderful and fun.  It was not as active as we had expected but local delights and activities make up for it all. Dynamic Duo!  Jian and Loonie were really helpful.  They are very thoughtful and always look after our needs. They are knowledgeable.  When they are not sure and look it up to find the answer for us.  The honesty is a quality I really appreciate. Thank you for making our first Philippines trip to make us want to come back!
