Fun and interactive audio guide - Really enjoyed this tour of Bath and it was very easy to download and listen to. We’re not the most tech savvy but the app was easy to navigate, and we really enjoyed the audio tour. One thing to note though, is that entrance tickets to the sights are to be paid separate, as this is just the audio guide. Nevertheless, the price was good and we enjoyed it very much!

Do not purchase - It is a con the purchase doesn't include entrance fee? Why would I pay for audio tour when it's included in the entrance fee at the venue!!! The listing is very misleading and not obvious!!! I still not got my refund back!!!

No good - Very disappointed as we were having trouble identifying the start point from their directions - which sent us to an abandoned shop - and although there was an email to contact them, which I did, I heard nothing back We obviously had to change our plans that day and I asked for a refund Despite emailing again after our trip there has still been no reply to apologise, clarify or refund Would not recommend

It’s a scam - It’s a scam. Do not fall prey to the scam. No one picks up the phone. The audio doesn’t work. It has nothing to do with the roman bath trust. They have nothing to do with the viator website or app.
