Early Bath - Enjoyed the rich history and funny stories that Meg shared. She made history come alive. The architecture of houses in the area was diverse as well as those who designed or lived in them. Thanks Meg for a great walk.

Great personalized tour by knowledgeable guide - Meg is a fun and informative guide, providing a lot of well researched historical info on the people who contributed to the growth of the ship building industry in Bath, and anecdotes to make the tour an amusing journey down Washington Ave. Be prepared for impromptu stories by locals who stop Meg along the way. She makes a point of getting to know you and tailors her tour to make it resonate with your own experiences.

Best birthday celebration- thanks Meg! - Meg gave our private group a fabulous tour of Washington Ave and downtown to celebrate a friend’s birthday. She thought of everything- booking the library community room to use if the weather did not cooperate, giving us an impromptu coffee break mid-tour to warm up, and including so much information in our walking tour. Though our June day was in the atypical 40 degrees, it did not rain on our parade thanks to Meg. Highly recommend this guide- hoping she will expand and offer tours in other Maine locations. Excellent Walking Tour Experience in Bath, Maine - Today was our second walking tour with Embark Maine Tours. Meg is an excellent guide of the history of Bath, Maine. During this 90 minute tour, Meg gives a look back into the early history of Bath from the 1600’s to where Bath is today in the 21st century. She leads a very interactive tour with handouts of historical pictures and documents to share, allowing for the group to participate with questions of their own. Meg does not disappoint with the Neighborhood Shipbuilders Tour, either (we enjoyed that walking tour in November 2022). Time very well spent! Thank you Meg!
