Great experience - Our guide Glyne gave an excellent tour of his island and explained a lot of its history as we drove along. All the destinations were very nice and well timed.

Excellent tour that included so much... -
Excellent tour that included so much in one day. First we drove through the more affluent area of Barbados and tour guide was very informative. Stopped at a spectacular lookout on our way to a beautiful tropical garden. Spent about 45 minutes walking the garden trail and took some photos of the green monkeys in the trees. Then went to Carlisle Bay to spend a few hours at the beach - it was a beautiful beach and very relaxing. Finished the excursion on a modern boat that toured us around Carlisle Bay and were provided equipment for those who wanted to go snorkeling. Tour guide was great and very conscientious to get us back to port on time.

We saw lots of monkeys, even some with babies and enjoying their food and swinging in the trees. The next part of the tour to Pirates Cove Beach was in total contrast where we enjoyed a stay on the beach where there was great music by a duo with steel drums and guitars and a free glass of punch. Everything was as described by Viator and more.

Ironically, the wildlife encounter... -
Ironically, the wildlife encounter came at the end of Beach Swim (I.e. The Green Turtles were beautiful and feeding them was exhilarating). We then went back to Carlisle Bay Beach for even more swimming and a few some drinks at this beautifulbeach! The tour (that starts the day) should be improved

The best part of the tour would... -
The best part of the tour would definitely be the beach. The wildlife tour was actually in a gully so there were more plants/trees vs animals. We did see three monkeys but it was totally by chance. Our guide going to the gully was really cool but overall just go to the beach.

We didn't see any monkey's but with... -
We didn't see any monkey's but with wildlife you never know what will happen. We were told to walk down around a path and left to look at things by ourselves. About three quarters of the way down we came upon some others that were on a different tour with the same company but they had a tour guide with them. I asked if we could join them and she said yes so for the remainder of the walk we had someone to point out interesting facts about the trees, caves, snails, etc. We then went to the beach. When we got there we were told there were no more umbrella's which according to the tour description is what we were supposed to have along with a lounge chair for each of us. After some discussion two lounge chairs were moved out of the sun and under an awning in front of entertainment area. The water was great and the beach was also very nice. I would have liked to be up closer on the beach with an umbrella. I recommend that they reserve umbrella's for guests on future excursions.
