Very nice trip!! - Overall a very nice trip with the very nice guide Jacop. Not too many people at the sites. The entrance to Batu Caves was very beautiful. A LOT of monkeys, but they kept their distance as long as you didn’t have any food on you. We had an hour to explore by our selves witch was the perfect amount of time. After this we saw a batic shop. A little waist of time, but we only spent like 15 minutes here, so it was okay. The hotsprings were VERY hot! Not able to put our feet in - don’t know how the locals bathe in it! But 20 minutes here was enough. After this we drove a little while to hike for the waterfall. A lot of stairs through the forrest. If you go all the way to the top of the waterfall, the stairs ends at some point and there is a little trek on a (little undsafe) nature path. There are a lot of monkeys, so you gotta stay by your things at all times. Only one of us swam in the waterfall, but it was SO GOOD! Our guide let us stay a little longer at the waterfall than planned, since 4 hours for the whole trip is not quite enough. Generally, our driver told us a little bit about the sites on the way and when we reached the sites he left us to explore on our own (which we liked, but I guess you would be dissppointed if you thought it was a guided trip with a lot of stories), so the trip was also paid for. Would definitely recommed nonetheless!

Peaceful and informative - Ayannar was lovely - very organised and friendly, with excellent English, and made the whole trip exceptionally painless. He helped us avoid the worst of the crowds and took special care to make sure we had a good experience at each place.

Awesome Batu Caves experience - I had a great time, Vincent was super friendly and helpful and also patient. I would gladly recommend this to anyone who wants to see the Batu caves and explore the waterfalls. It's a bit of a hike in the Malaysian heat but very worth it.

Fantastic way to see the sights :) - What a fantastic way to see the sights, our guide Jay was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, we would highly recommend using him/the Company he works for, we went to the hot spring , waterfall (with lots of cute monkeys), then to the Batu caves, allow 3-4 hours for all 3.

A wonder spectacle at the Batu Caves - Stephen was our guide , he was very punctual and very nice and friendly. On the day we went Batu caves it was very busy, Stephan made suggestions which changed the order of the itinerary but in doing so made it much more efficient use of time. Bath caves is a must see , we were lucky enough to witness a festival and Stephan was very patient with us. Selangor factory iscwith a trip and the hot springs is just a nice thing to experience. All in all a livel day with a kind thoughtful and knowledgeable driver/guide. .

Unsatisfactory vehicle - The Batu Caves were great, however the time allowed there wasn't sufficient to even visit a temple. The Waterfall walk was lovely, but again, not sufficient time allowed. It would be better to leave out the visit to the Hot Springs (which added no value to us) to enable more time to be spent at Batu Caves and The Waterfall. There were 6 of us on the tour. 4 adults and 2 small children (3 and 1 years old) The vehicle which transported us was not a 'luxury' car for 6 people. It was a small car, those squased in the very back (which was 1 adult and the 3 year old) could not see anything out the windows, nor hear anything the guide had to say. It was the most uncomfortable trip for the adult in the rear. To have charged NZ$55 for a 3 year old child was outrageous. Considering the vehicle was so uncomfortable, we feel what what we paid altogether (NZ$358.14) was too much. What we could hear from the guide's commentary was limited.
