Fantastic tour! - Fantastic experience. Mr Chandran was an excellent driver and very knowledgeable tour guide. This is a long trip, but at no point was it arduous, just lots to see and do. Great fun for the family - highly recommended.

Full day of adventure - Loved this tour. It was the best day of my time in Malaysia. Worth the money as it’s an all day tour with lunch and dinner included. My favorite part was seeing all the monkeys ❤️

A truly lovely experience and worth every penny - The communication was excellent, we had a message to check our hotel a couple of days before the trip (it was not listed on the drop down). The pick up time was arranged the evening before and made earlier due to holiday traffic. Nothing was too much trouble, our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We spent time feeding the elephants which was really sweet- you purchase the food at the sanctuary for 5 r a pack. We went to the local family owned land to feed the deer and hold snakes and lizards. The food provided was lovely. The Batu caves does have a lot of steps (272) but our younger children who are 6 & 8 managed this well, although women need to make sure your shoulders and legs are covered. We fed the local monkeys which the children found hilarious, again you can purchase the food from local vendors for 8r. Be aware, these are wild monkeys, almost all are friendly, but as soon as they see you with the bag of food they will make a beeline for you u till they know it’s gone. The firefly’s were really sweet - make sure your camera flash is turned off before you board.

Best tour we did from KL - What a day. We did it all and it was amazing. We did the tour on a Sunday and the driver advised us of the order of activities due to it being a weekend and traffic. My favourite was fireflies and Batu caves. We all are fussy eaters and even this was caterd for. Our driver Mr Sathis was very knowledgeable. Must do - you get so much done in one day.

Brilliant experience 9am - 10pm - Yesterday's trip to Batu Caves, Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary, Deerland Park, Bukit Melawati, and Kampung Kuantan Firefly Park was an eye-opening experience filled with a mix of wonder and concern. At Batu Caves, the sheer grandeur of the temple was impressive, but visitors should remember to cover their shoulders and knees out of respect. The colorful statues and steep staircase make for a beautiful backdrop, though the heat and crowds can be overwhelming at times. The visit to the Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary left a deep impact. Learning about how elephants are sedated and moved due to the encroachment of palm oil farms was heartbreaking. The sanctuary offers tourists the chance to feed baby elephants for 3 MYR, which was a lovely moment but bittersweet. The sanctuary felt quite touristy, and while interacting with the elephants was special, the show put on for visitors felt uncomfortable and upsetting. Deerland Park, while not as emotionally charged, offered a more laid-back experience where we got to feed small deer. It wasn't particularly exciting but provided an interesting glimpse into the area’s wildlife. At Bukit Melawati, we encountered playful monkeys that eagerly jumped on people, especially those with food. You can buy food for 10 MYR from a local uncle on a bike, but it's important to stay cautious around the monkeys, as they can be unpredictable. Finally, the trip ended with a serene, 20-minute boat ride at Kampung Kuantan Firefly Park. Drifting through the darkness while watching the fireflies light up the trees was magical. Just remember to bring mosquito repellent! Overall, the day was a blend of unforgettable sights and experiences, but also highlighted the environmental challenges facing local wildlife. Lunch and dinner were provided. They are seafood options so let them know if you don’t want seafood in advance!
