• Makhuntseti Waterfall - Makhuntseti Waterfall is a renowned attraction in Georgia, situated in the village of Makhuntseti, Adjara. This 50-meter-high waterfall cascades into a large whirlpool and is accessible year-round. Visitors can purchase local products such as honey and Churchkhela. The waterfall is just an hour’s drive from Batumi.
• Mirveti Waterfall - Located 20 kilometers from Batumi, Mirveti Waterfall is one of Georgia’s most picturesque waterfalls. It descends from a height of 20 meters near Mirveti Village. The journey to the waterfall is a delightful walk through a sunlit forest of Colchic boxwoods, offering a unique mix of sea and mountain air, a hallmark of Ajara. In addition to the waterfall, Mirveti features a 13th-century arched bridge and pleasant picnic spots. Visitors can enjoy eco-friendly products and traditional Ajarian cuisine at local cafes and restaurants. A boat tour on the river Chorokhi is also available.
• Adjarian Wine House - The Adjarian Wine House offers a selection of 28 alcoholic beverages, including white, rosé, and red wines produced at two factories. It also features six types of vodka, two types of cognac (classic and XO), and a sparkling wine crafted traditionally since 2010. Wine varieties available for tasting include Chkhaveri, Tsolikauri, Rkatsiteli, and Tsolikauri blend.

Due to its strategic location, it became a key site for the Roman Empire, and later for the Byzantine and Ottoman empires. Since 2010, Gonio Fortress has been a museum-reserve, showcasing exhibits from the early 19th century to the 1980s.
