Highlight of our 3 week trip - Amazing time!! Absolutely worth the 2.4 hr hike up and down, 4 hr hike total. I recommend wearing hiking shoes or sneakers. Bring lots of water, and food for energy, cause you'll need it!! Also recommend bringing snorking goggles and mouth peice and water shoes. Our guide was amazing. We didn't speaking italian and she spoke some English but we made due and it was fun learning wachothers language. The water was unreal. And so was the hike. It was very rewarding. I'd do it all over again!!
