Lifetime experience - Experience to remember forever. Scenic nature is at the level of world wonders. Service and organisation is perfect. Highly recommend to join once in Cairo. Secure enough time in advance.

A great experience and it was truly magnificent! - It's an incredible experience. It has to be done!
We slept under the stars, and our guide cooked the best meal we had in Egypt!

A fantastic excursion. - The excursion started well with good communication on WhatsApp, a timely pickup in front of our hotel, and a friendly and smiling welcome from our guide Ahmed.
After 4 hours of driving in a comfortable air-conditioned car we were dropped off at a restaurant where we could eat and leave our suitcases.
The rest of the excursion was done in a real 4x4 with our very friendly and helpful driver Hassan to take us to the white desert and our camp. We were able to discover the crystal mountain, the white desert, and witness a magnificent sunset. The guide and driver take care of everything (camp and meals), and know how to step back to allow us to have free time.
The next day visit to the black desert with a return to the restaurant where a room was made available FREE of charge so that we could shower, rest before eating and returning to the hotel.
We HIGHLY recommend this excursion because we had an excellent time in the company of Ahmed and his anecdotes as well as Hassan and his excellent piloting in the dunes.

Breathtaking experience - At first we had an issue with our hotel so last minute we needed to change hotel pickup locations. We were afraid we would miss the booking.
Touritos did a great job accommodating for us and was at our new hotel early the next morning!
Our tour guide was Ahmed, he and the owner greeted us in the lobby and went over our trip.
Ahmed was the third tour guide we have had with Viator, and maybe even the best one yet! He has so much passion for his work and it shows that he loves what he does! My wife and I had a lot of fun and we were amazed at all the sights and knowledge Ahmed and our driver Waleed were able to show us.
The Bedouin food was incredible!
I highly highly recommend requesting Ahmed for your tour, you will not be disappointed. Very real and unique experience and we can not wait to book again with both Touritos and Viator !
Thank you for a lovely time.

Amazing or Mesmerized - This place has left me amazed and mesmerized. Its breathtaking views captured in photos are not enough to be captured in any lenses but the beauty of the White dessert you experience will last with you forever. I would rate it 10 stars if possible. ❤️
I with group of 6 girls camped in the White desert for a night with Touritos travel group. They did a fantastic job in taking care of everything we needed. They cooked food in the camp which was one of the tastiest dinner I had while in Egypt. The tourist guide Abdul a.k.a. CHIPS went above and beyond to make our trip a pleasant and fun experience. I would highly recommend them and take their service again if I visit again. I thank them for taking such great care of us from all my heart! Thankyou CHIPS!

No words to describe! Magical place! - It’s was a magical experience going to this tour. Gamal our tour guide, was very accommodating with the our tight schedule. We like to take photos along the way therefore most site we visit are very picturesque. Food and accommodations is more than adequate and we felt every bit of hospitality coming from Gamal and the camp master. Highly recommended to go for this tour to experience so much more Egypt has to offer other than the pyramids. The place is totally 简直无法形容, 实在人间仙境!

Awesome Desert Adventure - Amazing trip. I cannot put this into words. Mr. Amir is warm, compassionate, loves Egypt and makes you feel like you made the right choice to chose this trip. He brought us fresh baked bread to start the trip and communicated through out when needed. The gentlemen at the oasis resort gave a warm greeting, his staff provided a warm meal and great hospitality. The tour guide was Qamar/Badar. Trust me you cannot be in better hands. He has fantastic driving skills, made the trip fun, taught me to sandsurf, and I went down the first time like a pro! He also can cook exceptionally well. I am a foodie and everything was fresh, organic and good quality. Unfortunately in spite of this wonderful experience, I have to take a point off for two reasons. This in no way is a reflection on Mr. Amir, the host at the oasis, or Qamar/Badar. It was the driver who took us to the desert resort and brought us back. He did not smile nor did he have a welcoming presence. We all tried to get him to loosen up a bit and make small talk. He had no interest in that and the journey was long. He also was very directive when it came to breaks. We told him the women’s restroom was out at one of the locations. While that was not his fault, he was nonchalant. He helped me get a cab back to Zamalek. When I asked him if he confirmed that the driver knew how to get there he did not. The cab driver told me he did not know the place. We had to stop three times for directions. So that’s why I had to take a point off. Note: if you are coming from Zamalek, work with Mr. Amir on the return transportation. Otherwise I recommend.

Good tour for driving safari in the desert - The trip was nice, but it was not what we were expecting. We were hoping to have plenty if time to walk in the deserts and explore the area. In the end, the tour was mostly a driving tour with quick stops here and there. It took us about six hours (including driving, stops, lunch) before reaching the first stop, and we had about 15-20 minutes at every stop before being told by our driver that it was time to go. The sand boarding was also very quick. The driver picked up a board that was left on the side if the road by another vehicle. Each of us went down the sand dune twice. The next day was almost only driving, except for a 15 minute stop in the black desert. Also, despite booking the English tour, our guide did not speak English. As mentioned on another comment, the driver being on his phone while driving was also a problem. While driving on the desert, we felt like the driver nearly hit rocks on the ground several times because he was looking at his phone. The sites that we visited were amazing. The white and black deserts made us feel like we were on a different planet. The camping night in the white desert allowed us to explore this area a little more and to sleep under a sky full of stars. The dinner that our driver prepared for us was also very good (chicken, rice, vegetables, salad, fruits). The people who served us lunch were also kind and welcoming. All in all, the trip is good for people who want to drive around the area and see nice landscapes, but for someone who would want to explore the area more, I would recommend booking a different tour, or maybe booking a longer tour to have more time at each location, because we sometimes felt like we were in a hurry.

Lovely trip with one big issue - First of all, the experience itself is amazing. Sleeping in the white desert was wonderful, the food was very tasty and the tent was quite comfortable. We also saw desert foxes, which I loved.
Nevertheless, I must say that I find it quite stressful to be in a fast car driven by someone who frequently checks their cellphone.
I do understand that desert roads are often quite monotonous and if you drive the exact same route more frequently, I can perfectly understand that it gets a bit boring. Looking at your phone will never be a suitable solution for me though.
As someone who just recently had a car accident while traveling, I would really rather be sure my driver is 100% focused on the road. It's literally my life in their hands.
I am really sad to not be able to give 5*, because the activities themselves (black desert, white desert, dinner under the stars, crystal mountain, etc) would have completely deserved it.
Hope this review helps make sure safety gains more importance!
