Book with Anderson! - Book with Anderson! We had a great day at Infinity Bay - the pool and hotel were very nice, food was great, and the beach was nice despite a little rain blowing through at one point. Anderson was a great host - met us on time at pickup and was ready to go right on time so we had no issues getting back to the ship on time. He's a great dude - loved hearing about his travels and his family! Hope to be back soon!

Great Experience - The location of the resort and the resort itself was perfect. They were very organized and the property was clean and beautiful. It was not busy and was very private. food was good. Beach and pool were a great amenity. Our driver Bridgette was kind and a very safe driver. She was on time and kept great track of us. Made sure we had plenty of time to reach our ship on time, which turned out to be necessary due to very heavy traffic.

Infinity Bay Resort - We had a wonderful time at infinity it was beautiful.
Jr. Frazer was a great tour guide.
He gave us so much information about the island on the way to the resort and then quizzed us on the way home. The kids had so much fun and we had a great day in Roatan.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! - There were ig three cruise ships in port, but we felt like we had Infinity Bay to ourselves. Our driver, David, took us to a chocolate-making store prior to visiting the resort. The drive was beautiful. Infinity Bay was immaculate and the restaurant was really good and, again, not crowded. I rented snorkel gear and swam out to the reef, where I saw schools of fish of every color. The coral is also gorgeous (I've only snorkled brown reefs). The resort is about 20 minutes from the port and we controlled the time, so I wasn't very concerned about missing the ship. We loved it so much that we're considering returning to Infinity Bay for a full vacation.
Please tip well. There are apparently two worlds on Roatán. Other passengers did ship excursions to other parts of the island, where there is extreme poverty and the area is not clean. They said it was heartbreaking and they felt morally conflicted about being there. Infinity Bay is therefore not really an "authentic" Roatán experience, but it was still magical.

Day filled with fun in the sun. You will be exhausted by the end of the day. - Allan was one of the best tour guides available. Not sure if it was his job but our mission was just to go to Infinity Bay for the beach and day pass. However, we made a day out of it by having the most fun out of it zip lining and exotic animal tour, then capping it off with relaxing at Infinity Bay West Bay. By the end of the day we were exhausted. It was all worth it. I gave this tour 5 stars because it was well worth it. I will recommend Allan to everyone the comes to Roaton. Too bad he can’t guide everyone. It’s only 1 of him.

The truth about this tour... - Not a bad way to spend the day but there is some misleading information and a lack of communication from the tour company. First of all, the rum and chocolate tours are free for anyone to visit. They make their money from selling you their products so if you are going for these two things, just take a taxi.
Second, the tours are scheduled for "ship time" which is different with each cruise line. In our case, there was a Royal Caribbean ship and a Norwegian ship in port. Norwegian's ship time was an hour later than RCCL so we missed the tour. They were nice enough to come get us and take us an hour later but they kept saying that the tour is based on ship time and couldn't comprehend that different cruise lines have different ship times.
The resort doesn't include any food and you get one free drink of beer, wine, or punch. They don't give you chairs on the beach, only on their property. That could be a good thing because there are a ton of people selling things on the beach so it's hard to relax.
The beach was pretty and the pool was nice too. Just a lot of money for what we got.
