Best tour ever - Best excursion taken ever. On our private excursion tour in Roatan with Jose, we had a wonderful time. Visited the Wildlife Refuge, seeing Butterflies, Monkeys, macaws and even a Sloth. Went on a driving island tour including the rum factory, and the chocolate factory. Recommend this tour highly.

Great Time - Exiting the port there are GOBS of tour companies trying to meet up with their people or to get more. It was overwhelming BUT everyone was so kind and helpful once we said we have reservations. After walking up and down the street of guides numerous times and people trying to help us find our guy, Jerry from Roatan Blessing Tours looked at my reservation and said he knew who it was and called them for me, then he said he would wait with us until he arrived!! I live how all the guys supported each other!! Jonathan arrived and we had a short walk to his car and then like a 15 min drive to the zoo where’s we chatted along the way. The zoo was awesome!!! The sloth was my favorite!! The caretaker did a fantastic job photographing us with the sloth and it was obvious how much the sloth loved him! Even though it was rainy, it just added to the tropical forest experience. When we left ther, we hit the chocolate shop and the rum shop (don’t miss the view on the back deck at the rum shop; it’s breath taking! We made an unplanned stop when I asked to get conditioner (the ship had a 2 in 1 and after 2 days my hair felt like straw). Jonathan stayed with me the whole time telling me the price in dollars and walking me to the register to ensure the price disnt “change” on me. I felt very safe and comfortable the whole time with him in Roatan. I would definitely recommend this tour!

A great day! - Our guide, Danny, was amazing! He was energetic, enthusiastic, polite, and just fun. Being from the island, he shared so much with us! The stops we made were very interesting and enjoyable. He even recommended a local dining spot. We loved getting to know him. If we come again, we’d definitely use the same tour company, and request him if possible. We’d highly recommend this tour to others.

Thank you, Davis, for an exceptional tour! - Our Guide took us to the sweetest animal sanctuary, and we were able to interact with the animals in a safe way. Our guide Davis was fantastic and was full of information about his hometown. We had an authentic lunch and he took us to pretty spots for photos . We HIGHLY recommend this tour. We had a great morning on our Viator!

Monkeys, McCaws, Sloths oh my - We are a family of six, and we enjoyed this tour of Roatan very much. The visit to the Monkey Sloth Sanctuary was a highlight, as it was a rainy day and we did not get to visit the beaches. We had the van to ourselves. PRO TIP: The ship kept CST, and the drivers kept local time. This can cause issues meeting up with them.

Definitely worth it - Everybody in our family loved this outing. Our guide (Billy) was really interesting, well versed in all the expected things about the Island (including history), but also current events on the Island and in the Region, and how things are evolving on the Island. I think it's important to understand what this tour is: Roatan is a small island, and the things you see reflect that. Think of it as an indie movie more than a a big screen blockbuster. The sanctuary is wonderful- especially if you are able to go in the late afternoon (as we were, b/c Dani suggested not going in the morning to avoid the crowds). We were almost the only people there. Our guide at the sanctuary, David, is just 16 and this is his summer job- which he clearly loves! He could answer all our questions, clearly knows the animals in the sanctuary well, and had the perfect mix of expertise and genuine enthusiasm. But understand that the sanctuary is relatively small and simple. It is a private sanctuary dedicated to rehoming and rehabilitating animals both from Roatan and the mainland, not a theme park. Similarly I have read critiques of the chocolate stop- how it wasn't that exciting, the samples are small, etc. To those reviewers I say: it's an artisan shop, not Hershey Park. They give you a nice piece on how chocolate is made, a small but perfectly formed taster, and a large window where you can watch them make it- and then lots of forms of chocolate you can buy (I recommend the selection box: you pick a size of box, and fill it with whichever of the dozen or so types of chocolate that you prefer). This tour is a wonderful, low-key, way to see parts of the Island that you wouldn't otherwise get to see and to hear about the Island from somebody for whom this isn't a brief holiday. The operator (Viator/Dani) delivers what they promise, with humour and good will. It was worth every penny.

Best Christmas Day - If you’re looking for the ultimate Christmas adventure with sloths, monkeys, rum, lunch, and a beautiful beach, Regal and Emilio are the BEST guides! From start to finish, they made the day unforgettable—fun, friendly, and full of great energy. They knew exactly where to find the animals, shared amazing local knowledge, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The rum tasting and lunch were delicious, and the beach was the perfect ending to a perfect Christmas Day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Regal and Emilio for an awesome holiday experience!
