Great Cooking Class in Ulaanbaatar - What an amazing excursion. I work in tourism and have seen many activities over the years that lack sincerity and enthusiasm. This was not one of them. From the very beginning Bee and Soy were extremely welcoming into their home and showed me a very interesting window into their life. I learned a lot from them and had such a wonderful day and will 100% recommend this to any friends that may be heading to Mongolia. Thank you Bee and Soy!!!

Wonderful Cooking Experience AND MUCH MORE! - Bee & Soy, the husband and wife team to hosted this event, were absolutely wonderful. Congenial, warm, genuine, and passionate about their interests including not only food, but their traditions and culture. Obviously a couple who takes pride not only in their profession, but their heritage as well.

utterly amazing and interesting experience - I truly amazing experience! Bee and Soy were fantastic. Bee waited for over 40 minutes for me aas it took so long to get from the airport to my hotel. We took a car to his house. It was a traditional Gur. I asked him tons of questions about Mongolia and his life. I was in his house for around 5 hours I think. The cooking part was fascinating and surprisingly tasty. There were other parts of the class that I won't spoil by saying but let me say this. At no point was I bored at all. There was history, cooking, singing, games and more. This is one of the best things I've done on Viator. Get booking or be disapointed......

Wonderful Traditional Experience - A never-to-be-forgotten experience. So much more than a cooking class! Bee and his wife Soy showed me around their traditional home and taught me a lot about Mongolian culture. Wonderful conversation and food. Arrived at about 10am and finished at approximately 3.30pm. A definite thumbs-up!

So much more than cooking! You will love every moment! - When I booked this cooking lesson my thoughts were that it would be fun and a great way to share a taste of Mongolia with my husband who did not take the trip. This is so very much more than a cooking lesson! Bee and Soy welcomed us into their home and gave us not only delicious new foods, but a wonderful introduction to Mongolia's rich culture, history and folklore. We laughed and learned, chatted, made buuz, roller dumplings and a delicious cup soup with a steamed noodle cover. We enjoyed homemade energy bars and delicious tea that Soy harvested from their yard. We also played knucklebones and learned the smart daughter in law game, were treated to singing and a bit of delicious milk vodka. We arrived brand new to Mongolia and by the time the evening was over we were fast friends! My sister and I had the misfortune to be in a serious accident later in our trip and a surprise visit from Bee at the hospital absolutely made my day. We are definitely planning a return visit to Mongolia and can't wait to see our friends again! This evening was the best possible introduction to Mongolia we could have hoped for and Bee and Soy are incredible Ambassadors.

Amazing experience! - I’m not a cook, but I enjoy good food! My sister talked me into this, and I’m very happy that she did! The class was great, the recipe easy to replicate. And we got stories, and history! Bee and his wife, Soy, are just the BEST hosts, above and beyond my expectations! We’ll be visiting again, and you can bet we’ll be taking this class again.

Don’t miss it!!!! - This tour was excellent and a highlight of my trip. Why? Did we fix and eat delicious food? Most definitely. But this experience went well beyond the food. Bee and Soy are amazing hosts. You feel welcome from the beginning and they are so willing to share their knowledge and home. I learned a ton about Mongolian culture and asked many questions. Yes, the food was wonderful but the developed friendship was the big reward of this tour. This is your opportunity to understand this culture on the ground level - don’t miss it!!!
