• Belgian Chocolate Workshop in Bruges - Discover the art of creating Pralines & Mendiants chocolates from scratch!
  Participants will craft everything themselves during the workshop. Working in teams of 2 or 3, they will first learn the tempering process, followed by making praline shells, ganache, mendiants, filling the shells with ganache, sealing them, and making hot chocolate! A lovely box is provided to take home over 35 handcrafted pieces of chocolate. Children aged 12 and above are welcome to join.

Unlike other workshops that merely involve dipping items into chocolate, you will be taught to prepare pralines authentically from the ground up in our workshop!

• The whole workshop can be made dairy free or vegan except the hot chocolate that always contains dairy.
