awesome - What a great experience, Joel is as professional as they get. We had him pick us up at airport & take to resort, then a few days later 6 of us scheduled an island tour which was great as 4 of the people were never in St. Maarten, stopped for lunch along the way, excellent barbeque. Alo had him deliver us back to airport when we departed. He is very cautious & keeps his van in top condition. I highly recommend him.

Bets taxi / tour service in Phillipsburg - Joel is a pleasant and professional driver and guide. He was courteous, patient, and always happy to provide information on the island, restaurants etc. Always prompt, and actually had a bottle of chilled champaigne in he vehicle when he picked us up at airport. I'd highly recommend his taxi services and am sure his tours are worthwhile. We'll use him again on our next trip to Str Marteen.

Tour of the island - We had a fantastic tour of the island with Joel today. Toured all of the “must see” spots of the island and then some. Eager to answer any questions we had. Super friendly and pleasant. Homemade rum punch was so good! Lunch at the local LoLo in Grand Case was excellent!

Excellent Tour Guide and Transportation - Joel was very nice and an excellent tour guide. He knew the best shots to take us to see both sides of the island and was very patient when we wanted to stop for an extended period of time to go shopping. He also took us to get the best island food at Lolo's. We had a great day on the island all thanks to Joel.

Awesome Experience - This tour was excellent. Joel did an awesome job giving us the history of the island, and showing us some awesome sites. This was the highlight of our trip. We HIGHLY recommend Joe and his tour.

Trip Savior and permanent driver - This review is a bit late however my memories are still present to recount Joel saved my birthday vacation… he rescued me daily taking me where ever I wanted to go… gave great recommendations for eating and made all my outings fun…when Joel realized what happened to my so called plans he made sure I still had a great experience … when I go back I now have more options for places to stay thanks to Joel… always smiling and such a gentleman with the door… he will be your friend and your driver Highly recommend Joel Forever grateful my niece gave me your name Thanks a million… Avril

Joel also made the best homemade rum punch I ever tasted in my life I highly recommend him for using his service - We highly recommended using joel-taxi service. Joel! Gave us an exceptional tour of The island of St. Maarten, the tour was great with other couples but we will be back soon for a private tour.

Professional and Reliable - Joel was amazing! He was very early and waited patiently as we booked him for multiple outings. He was extremely knowledgeable during our tour. He offered to transport us to experience nightlife in sxm! He took us to multiple stops and got us home safely. Our vacation was priceless and Joel made all of that possible. We always book Caribbean Taxi as our host because it is the absolute best, hands down. Oh and he has Rum punch during the ride😎

Don't book with them - Failed to show or make contact even though pre-paid. Had to get another taxi driver at gate to call number given. Guy who answered kept ringing off but eventually someone rang back to another taxi driver and spoke to the helpful taxi driver I had been dealing with. Some kind of deal was done and we got a tour but in an inferior taxi. Guy who took us was fine and said Joel "had problems with his car". Well if he did, he might have emailed us or explained when I spoke to him on the phone instead of ringing off.
