Fantastic :) - Great communication from Stephanie prior to the day. Lovely reception from the team, so knowledgeable and friendly. The weather wasn’t kind to us, but I was able to put all my foliage and flowers on and paint before the rain came down! That’s the mountains for you! Had some delicious snacks and drink while we waited for the rain to subside. Once the sun came back out it quickly did its job and I was left with a great pattern, as the rain had also contributed to the way the paint looked. Altogether a great morning, with some great conversation with Tony, Stephanie and their friends. Felt incredibly welcome, and loved all the dogs! An unforgettable experience - I booked a workshop together with my daughter and it was one the most wonderful experiences we had during our vacation on Seychelles! We were welcomed in a tropical remote garden area by Stefanie and were nicely guided through the process of making our own fabric. Painting in this wonderful quite and natural place was so relaxing experience, we enjoyed it a lot. We were served best traditional snacks and they tasted so good :) The results are just beautiful and they put their nice roots stemp on each fabric. We would definitely recommend this workshop and experience and it is worth the costs for it.

Wonderful experience - Loved the creative process, the stunning location & the opportunity to chat with Tony & the other participants. Freedom the giant tortoise rested in the shade under my table & we relaxed with banana cake & lime juice while the sun dried our creations.

Unique experience - We had a really relaxing ,creative time Thankyou We arranged with Roots to be picked up from our hotel that was about 10mins away thank goodness as we would have never climbed the track up the hill !! Which we paid for separately. When we arrived we were given a basket and scissors off we went choosing flowers and leaves for our design I did say I was disappointed on not finding Frangipani flowers my favourite flower Which Tony said could only be found on lower levels by our hotel . But to my joy it had been arranged that a bag full were picked for us to use 🥰 We did our designs and these were then pinned down by the friendly team and then we chose the colours to paint over our Sarong fabric. We had help from Tony to enhance the colours on our designs his passion was remarkable Whilst they dried we were served Banana bread and cool lemonade yummy in the shade. An absolute must for anyone visiting Mahe, an amazing workshop. - we spent the most amazing morining on top of the mountain learning the art of sunprinting, and came home with our own individually designed sarong.

Great experience, would defiantly do it again..... - We spend a very enjoyable 2 hours at Roots Seychelles being creative and learning new skills. Tony and Stephannie were so friendly and welcoming we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our session very much. We would defiantly recommend a visit and just have a go at creating something unique and personal to remember your visit to the Seychelles. Thank you both, we hope to return one day...
