Please meet me outside the Marina Ship Store (1006 Bay Street). The red and white brick store is located in a public parking lot that charges $1 an hour at the kiosk. Please put in at least 3 hours (4/5 if you are staying for lunch/shopping after). I will be wearing my straw hat.

Janet was great! - Janet was such a good guide & person. Really knew her stuff! Enjoyed her dearly and made some really good recommendations for locally owned restaurants.

Best way to experience Beaufort - Plenty of opportunity to take pictures, ask questions and experience the quiet ambience of Beaufort’s historic neighborhoods. Janet, our tour guide was fabulous, friendly to the group and to all the neighbors she knows and fun!

DON'T MISS THIS - This tour was fabulous. Janet is so knowledgeable about the area. She obviously loves talking about it. Her tour includes history and interesting stories about the people who settled it. She was well known and welcomed wherever we went. We were able to go inside several houses. The architectural detail must be seen in person. She also knew the best picture spot and took pix on our phones. If you only do one tour of Beaufort, make it this one.
On a side note, I happen to have a bum knee. Janet was so accommodating without missing a beat.

Great Tour - Janet led an informative and entertaining tour through the beautiful historic district in Beaufort, SC. Janet provided interesting backstories on many of the historic homes along with the history of the area. Would definitely recommend.
