Wonderful Day Experiencing Burgundy - Amazing day learning about the wines and villages of burgundy with Emmanuel (Manu). He was so personable and knowledgeable and took his time describing to us what we would be experiencing for the day. He took us to locations we would never know about, and tasted wines we would otherwise never have access to. Spectrum experience and highly recommended.

Lovely day trip - Emmanuel was so knowledgeable and explained a great deal about the terroir and age of wines we tasted, and how they will change over time. He kindly showed us on maps where the wines originated. While we did not feel obligated to make purchases, we did opt to ship a couple cases home to the US after Emmanuel explained the the shipping costs are covered by the tax savings of shipping the wine home (and we cannot not buy these wines in the US).
He also helped us make a Monday night dinner reservation, which is difficult, as many restaurants are closed on Sunday & Monday.
A lovely day overall, with more tastings than advertised, including several 1st cru selections.

Perfect Day of Wine Tasting. - Virginie was the perfect guide! A native of Dijon she knew the appellation’s between Dijon and Beaune very well. Couldn’t have asked for a better day on the Côte d’Or!

Very friendly and informative tour - Great experience! Our guide is a very knowledgeable person and she provided a lot of historical information. We had a nice lunch all together! The guide is nice and friendly, speaks English very well! We had a great pleasure during this guided tour!

For wine lovers - Excellent and helpful guide and great and complete program. We visited the different types of wine producers and we were given a great explanation about Burgundys wines.

A great experience - We spent a fantastic day expertly guided through the world of Burgundy wines by the awesome Emannuel! There is seemingly nothing about the region and the subject of wine that he does not know and he makes that knowledge easily accessible to others with varying levels of experience.
The tasting covered a good range of regional and premier cru whites and reds at two domaines and a wine shop. We also had a lovely, excellent value lunch at Nuit St Georges. Emmanuel gave very good advice for purchasing at all levels of the market. There was very little pressure but the temptation was irresistible for everyone in our group (without anyone needing to break the bank)!
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Excellent wine tour. 5/5 - I spent an incredible day wine tasting on the Route des Grand Crus between Beaune and Nuit-Saint-Georges with Virginie and four other travelers.
Virginie was a knowledgeable and hospitable host. She deftly handled the varying interests and experience levels of the group, which ranged from casual wine enthusiasts to a wine educator. She did this while making everyone feel at ease. We all came out with a greater appreciation and understanding of this complex wine region.

A great adventure - The day was great. We tried a lot of Burgundian wine. I really enjoyed Aloxe-Conton and Caveau des Musigny. The middle winery wasn’t anything to write about.
We stopped for lunch which was at a cute Brasserie in Nuite St. George.
The food was Parisian, which was so fun to try.
Our guide was very knowledgeable about the wine and area.
I would say the only part I didn’t enjoy was that our guide smoked a lot during the tour & sometimes the smoke interfered with the smell & taste of wine because all we could smell was his cigarette smoke.
