Fabulous wine tour with knowledgeable guide - Excellent experience! Our guide, Virginie, was truly an expert and we had a full day tour, visiting 3 different wine locations (vineyard, producer and negociant).We ended up tasting about 20 different wines in 3 locations. She also provided us with an in depth overview of the Burgundy region, how to properly read a wine label etc. We had lunch at a local restaurant in Nuits St Georges ( cost not included in the tour. Thoroughly recommend!

Best wine tour ever! - This was an extraordinary experience. The locations and scenery were beautiful, the wine was a revelation, and our guide Virginie was extremely knowledgeable and delightful. One of my key goals for this tour was to gain a better understanding of Burgundy wines. Mission accomplished! I never understood the different classifications and the particular role of terroir in this region. Virginie helped make these both interesting and understandable.
If you can get Virginie as your guide, you will be extremely lucky. I can't say enough nice things about her!

Very good for the price - We tasted more than 12 wine which were all very good.
Our tour operator Emanuel was a wonderful guide. He told us everything about Burgundy wine and gave us as much opportunity to taste different wines.

Burgundy with Emanuel! - We have never been disappointed with viator around the world and this was no different. Emanuel was extremely knowledgeable about wines in general, the beautiful provinces, places and people. A great experience and tasted about 20 delicious wines. Highly recommend!

The Straight Scoop - I must say, coming from Los Angeles, my wife and I really enjoyed this full day of Burgundy wine tasting (and with such an education). The pick up and drop of spot is in the heart of Beaune (easy to find), and they usually fill the air conditioned van with 8 people, max. The guide (Virginia) was super pleasant and so incredibly knowledgeable. She drives you around so you get to relax and meet fellow wine lovers. The domains they select are very cool with beautiful architecture. The wine caves, vineyards, countryside are some of the best (if not the best) in the world. This trip is the real deal. You taste a lot of 1er Cru and Gran Cru wines from two of the five Burgundy wine regions. For lunch, you stop in St. George with the group to enjoy a traditional lunch (lunch not included) and you carry on to more tasting rooms and wineries. You learn a lot about the topography, history, Burgundy wine making rules and various plots (one of which is the most exclusive plot in the world; yielding the most expensive wines in the world)! Of you don’t know much about the area, or where to taste, simply take this trip and relax to enjoy the most exclusive wine region in the world. Only 3% of all French wine comes from Burgundy. Once dropped off, you can walk to a dinner spot and end a long day. You’ll be wiped out after this 9-6pm excursion. Not too much walking, so it’s not physically taxing, but get ready for a full day. Enjoy!

Exquisite Wine Tour - This wine tasting tour was absolutely exquisite! Our tour guide, Virginie, was exceptional! As a somalie, not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she is also really fun to spend the day with. I would highly recommend this tour with Virginie as your guide!
