Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - Your private guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest public square. Explore the surrounding sites and capture some amazing photos. You can also see The Great Hall of the People on the west side, which serves as the national congress hall and is often referred to as China’s “White House.”

Great Hall of the People (Renmin Dahuitang) - Situated on the west side of Tiananmen Square, this location offers great photo opportunities as you walk through the square.

National Museum Of China - Located on the east side of Tiananmen Square, you can take photos and see this museum as you walk through the square.

Chairman Mao Memorial Hall (Maozhuxi Jiniantang) - Found on the south side of Tiananmen Square, this hall is another site to photograph and see during your walk.

Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Next, we head to the Forbidden City from Tiananmen Gate. The Forbidden City is the largest and best-preserved imperial palace in the world. Spend a couple of hours exploring this incredible example of Imperial architecture and learning about its history with the help of your knowledgeable tour guide. Discover how ancient emperors managed political affairs and lived their lives.

Temple of Heaven - After visiting the Hutongs, we will take a 30-minute ride to a local Chinese restaurant near the Temple of Heaven for lunch (at your own expense). We will then spend around 1.5 hours visiting the Temple of Heaven, where you will encounter locals exercising, singing with caged birds, and playing shuttlecock. Feel free to join them and share in the local joy.

Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace

Mutianyu Great Wall - Your private guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at a time of your choosing. Then, head to the Mutianyu Great Wall with your private driver, a journey that takes about 1.5 hours. You can choose between a chairlift up and toboggan down or a cable car both ways (included). Spend around 2 hours exploring the Great Wall. For lunch (at your own expense), your guide can recommend restaurants based on your preferences.

Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - In the afternoon, head to the Summer Palace, a summer resort for Imperial Family Members and considered the best-preserved Imperial Park. This royal garden features beautiful pavilions, mansions, temples, bridges, a huge lake, and long corridors. The Long Corridor is the longest in the world and is listed in the Guinness World Records. You will also see the famous Seventeen Arches Bridge, Qingyan Stone Boat, Kunming Lake, and Longevity Hill.
