Best layover ever! - What an amazing experience! I can’t speak highly enough of our tour with Mr. Guo. Right from the beginning, coordination with Mike was fast and easy, and when Mr. Guo picked us up at the airport he kindly looked after our every need (making sure we stayed hydrated, comfortable, etc.) The Great Wall experience really blew our minds, and navigating the various checkpoints at the Forbidden City was a breeze because of Mr. Guo. We simply wouldn’t have been able to manage on our own. At the end, Mr, Guo dropped us at a hutong near a lake and train station where we could explore lots of dinner options before easily find our way back to the airport for our flight. All in all, this was the best layover ever! Thank you!

Perfect day. Friendly driver. - I ordered Mike's car service. The driver, Mr. Guo, was waiting for me in the hotel lobby at 7 o'clock on time. Mr. Guo drives a beautiful and clean car. He was very friendly and brought bananas. He spoke English very well. He visited the Great Wall and the Forbidden City together. Thank you very much for his company for one day. Great Tour - This is a perfect tour for those with limited time in Beijing. We wanted to do both the forbidden city and the great wall in one day so this tour suited us. Bruce was our driver, he was very friendly, and a smooth competent driver. He is also very knowledgeable about the history of these historic sites. Great tour, I would highly recommend!

Very good trip - The trip was very good with our driver Alvin. He was very professional and friendly. As it was the Labor Day holiday in China, Mutianyu was very crowded and there was a queue of 2h to get at the top with the cable car. Otherwise you could walk 30min to go by walk.

Excellent trip! - The trip was excellent. Bruce was our driver. He is a really good driver and speaks English well. We had a great time as Bruce looked after us the whole time. We just enjoyed the views and beautiful weather while walking along the Great Wall.

Lots of walking/steps and a great experience - Enjoyed our time. We booked at the last minute so had to switch out the Forbidden City for the Summer Palace. Between that and the Great Wall we did 22000+ steps that day. Our driver Bruce was very patient as we took our time and it ended up being a 10 hour day.

The perfect way to see the Great Wall - Mike suggested that we leave the hotel little bit early because we were visiting over the national tomb sweeping holiday. This was a great suggestion, as we were able to avoid traffic and long lines at the Great Wall. Our driver, Alvin, was so friendly and spoke excellent English. There was an issue with our tickets going into the forbidden city. Was very very generous to ensure that we enjoyed a wonderful tour and made all the problems go away. Alvin also a contributed to a fantastic day!!!

Great Private Beijing Tour - I went to Beijing together with my Girlfriend for 3 days as a prolonged stopover on our way back from Japan to Germany. Our decision to book a private tour in Beijing was hands down the best choice for exploring two of the city's main attractions with limited time. Our English-speaking driver David was not only friendly but incredibly helpful throughout the day. He picked us up from the hotel early in the morning at 07:30 am as demanded, drove us to the Mutianyu great wall place, arranged tickets, instructed us where the best place to walk to would be with the limited time given and then picked us up around 2 hrs later. After driving back to Beijing center he sent us the online tickets for the forbidden city, took us directly to the entrance and then told us to just write him a text message via WeChat as soon as we are ready so he could pick us up. After this David even assisted with some money changing issue at the bank and then brought us back to the hotel. His assistance with practicalities, like currency exchange, ticket arrangement, dropping us off directly at the relevant sites, ensured a seamless journey. Overall, the tour exceeded our expectations and was a great experience.

Experience of a lifetime to cherish - Amazing views, rich culture!, I can’t think of any word to say. And with RUBY, our lady driver who speaks English everything was perfect! She made our tour the easiest and enjoyable, she even bought our tickets in advance so we didn’t have to queue and wait for long lines. She’s so caring and helped us communicate with the hotel staff for our airport transfer a day after. Out of her work but she did it! Thank you so much Mike’s Beijing Tour
