Fragrant Hills Park (Xiangshan Gongyuan) - Leaving the hotel early without traffic, it will take about an hour to reach Fragrant Hills Park. Your private driver will assist you in getting tickets upon arrival, and then you can explore the park on your own. Fragrant Hills Park, also known as Xiangshan Park, was originally built in 1186 during the Jin Dynasty (1115-1234) and later expanded during the Yuan and Ming dynasties. The park is renowned for its stunning natural scenery, particularly the red smoke tree leaves that cover the mountains.
Beijing Botanical Garden - The second destination, located close to Fragrant Hills, features the Plant Exhibition Area, Scenic Spot and Historical Resorts, Scientific Research Area, and Nature Reserve. With 10,000 categories of plants and a population of 1.5 million plants, it is considered the largest botanical garden in northern China.
Beijing - After a day of exploration, you might want to have lunch. Your driver can recommend restaurants, or if you prefer, they can take you back to your hotel.
