Wonderful visit to Great Wall - Excellent guide. Great Wall was amazing. Lunch was surprisingly excellent. They could have skipped the detour to the jade factory.

Beautiful sight-seeing and bonus experiences with a great host (Wendy) ! - Wendy was an amazing tour guide! The day was packed with a lot of great experiences - the Great Wall was stunning, then we had an insightful tea ceremony, then stopped at a local town to learn about the jade industry of the region, finally heading back to the city in the afternoon. Wendy was really fun and a well of knowledge on the history and culture of Beijing and China, highly recommend!

GREAT WALL TOUR - We have now visited 6 of the seven current wonders of the world, and the great wall of china is definitely worthy of it's place on that list. This tour was a very good way to see it, this part of the wall was ideal for us, not over over crowded by any means, and the chair lifts up to the wall means it is manageable for most. The tour company did a great job, the drivers were very punctual, the guide was very nice with a good level of English, and excellent level of information to share, and we enjoyed a very nice meal near the wall. Overall this tour was very good.

Good way to get to the wall, but with a lot of extra stuff you dont want - Overall this was a great way to experience the wall. Pick up was on time and we got back early enough that i could do other things in the evening. My only issue is that there are a lot of added thungs in this tour that have nothing to do with the Great wall and are forced sales pitches. We went to a "jade factory" which was cool for all of 5 minutes where we got to see a master craftsman at work, then were stuck there for 30mins in what was a store. At the wall i had split with my group because half the group changed their mind about taking the route of the chairlift up/slide down, and so i was on my own for the actual great wall part (i didnt mind but didnt expect that). After we left the wall, our tour rep tried to take us to another selling thing, and even though everyone on the tour insisted we didnt want to go (its not listed as included in the event page) she said we had to go. Apparently ever tour has 2 selling stops. Finally, while most of the day was good, our tour guide was at times pretty aggressive, and wouldnt let us rest. The entire 2hrs drive she was speaking, even after she asked if we would like a break and said yes. She didnt stop. We were all pretty tired because it was an early starr, and would have been nice. Lunch was at a place that was obviously set up for tourists on this same tour. Wasnt great, but was okfood. Summary, its a good was a good way to get to ser the wall, but could do without the extras

Commercial tour with bad experience - It’s a very commercial tour I don’t blame the guide coz he is polite and his sharing is informative You will be brought to a weird Jade centre and asked to listen to some weird jade talks and of coz expected to purchase And tea Station for workshops too But the most unacceptable part is the coach, it’s tiny!!! We can nearly fit our legs in the seat It’s 4 hours travelling, super uncomfortable!!! Lunch, don’t expect any Chinese tradition food, it’s low cost “buffet” Not recommended

Very bad experience to Great Wall - The tour guide came late to pick us up and there is no explanation during the trip to Great Wall and we have to go up to Great Wall without any explanation/story. We are not satisfied at all with Michael Ren service.
