After about an hour’s drive, you’ll reach Qiaozi, a small town en route to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Here, you’ll enjoy a traditional Chinese breakfast, which includes millet gruel, rice gruel, soybean milk, steamed dumplings, boiled dumplings, and fried bread sticks. Your driver will assist you in ordering your preferred dishes.
Following breakfast (approximately 30 minutes), you’ll continue your journey to the Great Wall, arriving around 8:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, your driver can help you purchase entrance tickets, shuttle bus rides, cable car or toboggan tickets, and will show you how to climb the Great Wall and where to meet afterward. You can choose to take the cable car up and down or slide down by toboggan.
After spending a few hours exploring the Great Wall on your own, meet your driver at the agreed location for your transfer back to the hotel or to another drop-off point of your choice.
