Wonderful experience at the Great Wall - We had a great day with Edward and Mr Zhang. Edward shared the history and stories behind The Great Wall, and a lot of information about Beijing and China. We had a comfortable ride to conserve our energy to climb the stairs and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. I highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour - Jay was an awesome guide. He was super knowledgeable about the history of the Great Wall and pointed out interesting details. He knew great spots for photos. We loved the place he picked for our lunch, not a touristy place — rather, an authentic farmers’ banquet hall with delicious food. The Huanghuacheng hike was also a special treat, and we enjoyed seeing all the families enjoying the waterside. Highly recommend this tour!

Must see! - We had a wonderful time on this trip and it’s so worth the one-on-one tour guide! We toured with Edward and our driver Mr. Gao, and they gave us interesting info and tidbits about Chinas history. Be prepared for a lot of steps (which is to be expected!) We also stopped at a tea house for a quick lesson and a jade shop to learn China’s history with jade.

Its a great day to be a wall - Lucy was an amazing guide and the experience was the best way to view the wall! Between the chair lift up, the toboggin down and the view of the lake, there is no better way to experience one of the seven wonders of the world!

100% worth it! - Anson was amazing! When he picked us up he asked if we had eaten breakfast (we hadn’t), so he took us to an incredible local place where our breakfast came to under £2 for both of us and was incredibly tasty! After that we went to the Mutianyu and beat the crowds, he showed us all the best photo spots and took tons of us two together. Because the wall was quiet we finished it at around 11.15 and weren’t hungry, he recommended a tea house nearby which was a bonus experience! Lunch was amazing and the restaurant was also an experience within itself before then heading to the Huanguacheng tower. What a day!

Great two walls to see - Well organized tour led by friendly and funny tour guide Miko. We were briefed on Great Wall history as well as Beijing. Weather was perfect. Both Walls were stunning and more beautiful than pictures!
Also driver and car were both great.
Special thanks to Miko for keeping the kid entertained in the car; and making us safe all along the tour — yes, there are steep steps to climb the wall.

Enjoyable way to see the Great Wall while beating the crowds. - We had a very enjoyable and uncomplicated time visiting the Great Wall with this great guided tour.
As of September 2023, there are still not a lot of foreign tourists in Beijing and Chinese tourists tend to go to Badaling over Mutianyu, so you can expect to see few people there and almost none at the Huanghuacheng section, meaning that you will have a lot of time to explore these beautiful parts of the Great Wall at your own pace.
Moreover, in addition to being provided with a very friendly and skillful driver, our guide, Lucy, did an outstanding job in making this trip as memorable as possible. On top of being very easy to talk to and informative, I especially have to praise her friendliness and kind nature. She took great care of my elderly grandmother and always tried her best to make the trip as comfortable as humanly possible.
Would highly recommend!

Memorable, Informative, and Fun! - The tour to Mutianyu and Huanghuacheng Water Great Wall is a trip we will never forget. The Great Wall in and of itself is a wonder to behold, as one of the world’s UNESCO Heritage sites, it holds an immense amount of history in each and every brick. Although we knew some information about the Great Wall and of China’s history, we further learned even more through our tour guide. Andy, our guide, was very well-versed in the history of China and shared with us more knowledge about the country’s thousand long existence, knowledge that one wouldn’t typically find in a textbook. He also shared with us various trivia and even helped me understand some parts of the language such as the pronunciation of certain words and the like. Moreover, Andy himself was very friendly, warm and welcoming; he kindly offered us help and advice towards the end of our tour on where to go and what to do in the city. He was fun and outgoing as well as informative and educational. Overall, our trip to Mutianyu and Huanghuacheng Water Great Wall will forever hold a special place in our hearts as a memory to look back on.

Amazing & Joyfull 😍 - One of the best tours we have been on !!!! We had an amazing time at the great wall and enjoyed a very delicious authentic chinese meal.
Our guide Miko did an amazing job. He helped us from the begining to the very end and even kept in touch until we reach our home country safely. He took amazing photos of us and selected the best food for us to enjoy.
We had an amazing time. Highly recommend this tour. Five stars for our guide Miko.
