Customisable, flexible, authentic and The Great Wall - What a simple and fantastic day. We knew exactly what we wanted to do and Jenny and her amazing guide/driver Jim handled it perfectly for us. Background info to help others: we are a family of three. Two adults and a son. He is 2 years old. Jenny was able to organise for us to be picked up by Jim at a time that was convenient for us (10:00am) and Jim drove us while our son had a Nap to the wall (about 1 hour 40 minutes, light traffic, Saturday, non touristic season). The car was super comfortable. Jim was amazingly accommodating spoke good English and answered a lot of our questions and we had good general chit chat. Then some quiet time while we rested. Jenny made sure Jim’s car had a Car seat for our son! Big plus made the drive so much better for him and safer. We arrived at the wall. Jim explained the process and organised for us the Cable Car tickets and took us all the way to the top. He came up with us to help us through the entries and inspections and to help us take some family photos of our visit! Was super lovey. He then left us to walk the wall and waited for us down the bottom of the cable car in a restaurant where we met him after we had taken our time to explore.. We spent about an hour and a bit walking on the wall and taking photos. We came down the cable car. Met Jim again and he drove us to our hotel. It’s worth noting that we asked Jenny to organise for our tour to end at a different hotel as we needed to stay at the airport hotel. She was able to make this work smoothly. Jim took us from downtown Beijing, to the wall, to our hotel at PEK airport. We had all our bags easily in the boot of his car including our stroller. The experience was very good! Jenny was very easy to communicate with. We started with email and also later chatted through WeChat (as I already had an account, this isn’t required). Communication was easy and high quality with quick response times. We made an initial deposit via PayPal and payed the remainder at the end of the trip in RMB local currency directly to Jim. We also additionally paid Jim For the cable car tickets and a Tip! A note on prices; I contacted a few companies, explained that I wanted a kids seat and pick up drop off different location. I got a variety of prices. Jenny’s price was the only quote I got that seemed both reasonable and an accurately reflection of what local car hire shops were quoting on the street. There were no hidden stops or fees. Jim was totally accommodating for the needs of us and our son! We thank Jenny and Jim for an amazing time. If you book this trip I can only suggest asking if Jim is free to take you for the day! P.S note we didn’t take the stroller on the wall haha. I saw someone try I would not recommend it. A baby carrier is the best option or shoulders.

Long Stopover & The Great Wall - I had a 13 hour stopover in Beijing so I decided to book this tour and it was the best decision! Peter, my driver, was at the airport on time. He is very friendly and shared a lot of knowledge about the Great Wall during our drive. He was extremely helpful with the admission to the Great Wall, which I really appreciated as it meant I got to maximise my time hiking the wall. Peter was a fantastic driver/guide and made my day so easy for me. Extremely happy I got to see one of the wonders of the world. I would highly recommend booking this tour with Peter if you have a long stopover in Beijing!

The Great Wall - an excellent day trip from Beijing - My guide from Jenny’s, Peter, arrived promptly at my hotel at the scheduled time. He was an excellent driver, his car was comfortable and clean, he spoke good English and went out of his way to take care of me on my solo trip. I had never expected to have the opportunity to see the Great Wall. Fortunately, a business trip to Beijing came up and allowed me to do so. It was fantastic. The views were breathtaking and a few were steep enough that they were literally breathtaking!

Pleasant and stress free experience - Great tour , Mr Guo was the guide and driver . Polite and punctual, Mr Guo walked me to start of the Great Wall walk and left me to my own time. No rush or time constraints, time fo enjoy and take time up and down the steps.

Driver service 10/10 😍 - Smooth experience! Ruby was really nice to us and she assisted us all with the admission and recommended us where to go. It was really a great time spending the day at the Great Wall thanks to her! Hope to see her again.

Amazing tour - We had the most amazing time with our private tour to the Great Wall of China. Our driver and guide was punctual and very polite. Car was comfortable and had plenty of leg room. He entered the Great Wall area with us to show us where to go and gave us some recommendations too. It was totally worth it and I highly recommend this tour.
