Beijing – Hike from Jiankou to Mutianyu (5 hours, 10 km hiking)

The Great wall of Jiankou - We will pick you up at designated time from your hotel in Beijing and then drive to Jiankou Great Wall (2.5 hours). You will hike on both original part at Jiankou and restored part at Mutianyu. Shorts are not recommended since you will meander through jungles and bushes.

Huairou Huanghuacheng Great Wall - After the hiking we’ll go to have a Chinese lunch in the town of Huairou district, Beijing; and then we will drive to Gubeikou in late afternoon and stay at a local farmer’s guesthouse.

Jinshanling – Simatai West (3 hours, 6 km hiking) – Beijing

Jinshanling Great Wall - We will drive to Jinshanling in soon after a western breakfast served at the guesthouse (20min’s drive). It’s the right time to produce amazing photographs. There is usually no other tourist on the wall, and you’ll have the wall to yourself. It will take about 3 hours to hike on the wall. We will get down from the wall from East Five Window Tower and then drive back to the city.

Beijing - We will organize an authentic hotpot lunch when we get back to the city of Beijing. Hotpot is originally from Sichuan Province and now is popular all over China. You have different flavors to choose (Not need to worry if you can’t eat spicy food). This is also a good opportunity to practice your chopstick skills. We will drop you off at your hotel after lunch and our service ends here.
