Expert guide, experienced driver, fantastic sites, and delicious lunch - I did the full-day tour of the Summer Palace, Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven tours that included lunch. The tour was expertly led by tour guide Terry along with a driver who was expert at negotiating the city’s traffic. Terry speaks English well and is quite knowledgeable. He was a font of wisdom at each site and was easily able to address all of my questions. Terry also had suggestions for the best spots for photographs. I had another appointment near the end of the appointed tour time, so Terry kept each location’s tour to the essentials. But I’m positive that if requested, he would allow more time for wandering and absorbing the sense of history at each location. The lunch at a restaurant frequented by locals with few tourists was fabulous with bountiful quantities and exquisite flavors.

Wonderful Tour! - We were in Beijing during the Chinese New Year...there were four of us in our group and we were looking for the best day tour that would encompass as much of Beijing as possible in one day. Terry was fantastic! He has such a great knowledge of the city, and speaks wonderful English. The day is full of walking, so make sure you are in comfortable shoes. We were looking for some places to shop and he gave us wonderful recommendations and went out of his way to find a store for us while we were on the tour. It is those little extra things that he does/says that makes the tour so worth it. I would highly recommend booking any tour with Terry while you are visiting Beijing :)

Excellent Guide --- fantastic tour - We spent four days in Beijing so were very grateful that we lucked out to have Terry as our guide for the Beijing city tour --- Tiananmen square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, and the Temple of Heaven. It was a great way to see three of the top-10 sites in the city in only one day. For lunch, Terry took us to a great restaurant (it appeared to be a favorite of the tour operators) where we had Peking Duck --- you have to have Peking Duck in Beijing. Thank you Terry.

Amazing tour including the four... -
Amazing tour including the four sites but not to be undertaken if not extremely fit because this essentially is a walking tour covering huge areas. Our guide Terry was excellent in his knowledge and also his command of English. His choice of restaurants was also very good if anyone is worrying about the standard of food etc.

Overall the tour was faultless from start to finish.

This tour was perfect, for the pace... -
This tour was perfect, for the pace we wanted. We only had three days in Beijing, and we wanted to check all of the boxes at once, get our tourist, sightseeing out of the way, so that we could relax and enjoy the city, its people, the food, etc. This tour delivered, but it's not for those who want a leisurely pace. Our guide was wonderful, providing insights about the sights, helping us navigate the busier area like only a local can do, obtaining all tickets, and customizing the day according to what we want. She also helped us translate our interactions--from shopping to ordering meals. It was a great tour and a great day.
