Amazing trip to Mutianyu Great Wall! - This was a great day out, we were picked up on time from our hotel, our guide was Jeffrey, we had a nice car drive us to the great Wall and the journey went very fast, we arrived and were shown all the way up to the top, given options of cable car or chair lift, we took the chair lift and it had great views, and then at the top Jeffrey asked which way we wanted to go, the one that took 1 hour or the one that took 4-5, we chose the one hour trail which was to the furthest you could go before it was blocked off and then back, for the last bit of the Wall Jeffrey let us climb it ourselves while he waited where he was so that we could take our time and be together, we stayed up there admiring the view for a long while before walking back down to meet him, I think this was definitely better as there was no pressure and we could just take in the view, he then gave us options to walk more or go down and when going down the option of toboggan or chair lift, we took the chairlift down and he escorted us back back the car letting us stop for souvenirs and drinks along the way. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had and was very nice to talk to, I would definitely recommend this trip

Tour with Maggie, highly recommended - Our trip to Beijing was especially special and memoranle due to this tour with Maggie as our tour guide. We are a family of 5 with 3 children and she kindly amended the tour to fit out needs. She explained the history of the Great Wall and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. We appreciate the thought she put into what our family needed making sure to have plenty of breaks. She even took the time to help us order a delicious lunch. Thank you Maggie for an excellent day! Highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic & Fun Tour with a Very Helpful Guide - My girlfriend and I had a splendid time with our tour guide Maggie. She made everything very easy for us from the beginning with the pickup at our hotel. Along the way she shared with us a lot of interesting facts and was very personable and fun! On the wall itself she had a lot of tips for good photo op spots and was very nice about letting us take breaks. I would definitely recommend booking any tours with Maggie in the future!!

Great tour, beautiful site! - Nice tour on a hot summer day. Maggie was a great tour guide! We went on a Saturday, and would recommend going during the week, mainly if you’d like to go down the toboggan down (a lot of fun) with a decent speed! Highly recommend it!

Good experience - Jeffrey is an amazing guide tour. He was gentle, answered our weird questions, and gave us space to enjoy a private moment as well. Always there if we need something. We had water, we were picked up at the hotel, went up by chair lift and down by toboggan.

Check the description. - Booked the tour and it’s not that clear that if you choose a collection form your hotel you are effectively just paying for a driver and not a guide which was a shame. Driver was nice and collected on time but I didn’t realise until I got there that he was just simply going to wait at the bottom so I went alone with no guide. This isn’t an issue but would have been nice to have someone speak about the history etc. he also said the toboggan was closed due to the rain but I think it was actually open?
