  • Temple of Heaven - Your tour guide will be welcoming you at exit of the airport with the welcoming board on which your name will be written at 08:30 a.m.. Then, we will transfer to Temple of Heaven.
    It is the Largest Existing Architecture Group For Heaven Worship in the World. Originally, the Temple of Heaven was the place where emperors of the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty held the Heaven Worship Ceremony.
    Residents living near the this place enjoy many activities here, such as running, cycling, singing, dancing, playing chess, flying kites, etc. You can become involved personally in these activities and experience the leisure pursuits of local people.

Then, we will walk along Qianmen Street and taste traditional local delicacy.

  • Qianmen Main Street Mall - Located at the central axis of Beijing City, Qianmen Street is a famous pedestrian street for shopping and sightseeing, running from the Archery Tower of Qianmen in the north to the turning of Tiantan Park in the south. It is 840 meters in length and 21 meters in width. It is composed with buildings whose styles resemble the late Qing Dynasty. It has history of more than 570 years. Now Qianmen Street becomes an important night life place for locals. Qianmen Street is a symbol of genuine local culture. Visitors can enjoy a traditional Chinese way of life.
  • Dashilan - Dashilan is located at the center place of ancient Beijing city, which is an important component part of south middle axis. It is in the south of Tian’anmen Square and west of Qianmen Street. Dashilan Street is the most ancient, famous and distinctive commercial street in hutongs of Beijing. Dashilan is 275 meters long from east to west. Dashilan is a narrow street with numerous shops on both sides, which attracts lots of tourists every day. In the area of 1.26 square kilometers around the Dashilan shopping street, many ancient Beijing buildings are best preserved.

At noon, according to your preference, your guide will recommend a place to eat, which could be a small local eatery or elegant cuisine restaurant.

After lunch, we will walk around Tian’anmen Square and admire a variety of significant edifices.

  • Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - The solemn and respectful Tiananmen Square is the largest central city square in the world, which serves not only the city’s symbol but also the whole of China. This immense courtyard is surrounded by a variety of significant edifices such as the Tiananmen Tower, Great Hall of the People, Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao, Monument to the People’s Heroes and National Museum. It is the must place to visit in Beijing City.
  • Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - The magnificent Forbidden City is the largest and the best-preserved imperial palace complex in the world. It has 9,999 rooms in flourishing period with just a single room short of the number that ancient Chinese belief represents ‘Divine Perfection’ and surrounded by a moat six meters deep and ten-meter high wall. For five centuries, this palace functioned as the administrative center of the country. Today this UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of the city’s most popular attractions.
    Follow your tour guide to visit several palaces, including the lavish Antiquarian of the Palace Museum (Treasures Museum). Learn about the ancient history, culture, and traditions that helped shape the Forbidden City through your guide’s engaging commentary.

Then, we will transfer to Jingshan Park, climb the man-made hill and and gaze over the beautifully lit-up Forbidden City and other landmarks.

  • Jingshan Park (Jingshan Gongyuan) - Jingshan Park is superbly landscaped with hills to ascend by steps, clear lakes and dignified ancient buildings. It used to be one of the ancient imperial gardens in Beijing, and now has developed as a peaceful public park. Vigorous cypresses are planted widely in the park, creating a quiet and solemn atmosphere with the golden-glazed ancient pavilions.
    Because of close to north of the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park is the best place for a bird’s eye view of the Forbidden City and central Beijing. At dusk, the Forbidden City is particularly beautiful, palace eaves decorated with golden rays of the setting sun.
