Mr. Guo was very helpful... - Mr. Guo was very helpful and kind to my friend and I. We went to the Mutianyu Night View destination, and he waited for us until late in the night, and carried our bags for us, walking up the mountains.

Amazing experience of a Wonder of the World - This was quite the adventure! So, after looking up the "best" places to see the great wall, I saw this recommended a few times and decided to add it to the list. I will say the town and the lake seem to be undergoing some construction and look like it is being made into a resort area perhaps. We ended up taking what seemed like a back route to the wall, and fair warning, it takes a bit of an adventurous person and someone okay with climbing a little bit. However with all that said, what you are rewarded with is an experience you will not get at any other trip to the great wall. My guide was Mr. Guo, and was a super happy, friendly, and helpful person 100%. He even climbed with me to the top portion assuring I was okay along the way and helping me if needed. He waited at the top part and let me walk along the wall by myself and waited for me at the top. I was the only person there and it was a surreal experience to walk along this wonder of the world in total peace and serenity with just the sounds of the birds and seeing the picturesque view of the wall snaking along the majestically green mountain ridges for miles in each direction. It was exactly what I had hoped for to truly appreciate a wonder of the world and how incredible it was. So, while it may not be for everyone I can say that if you think you might like it then you are in for an amazing treat. Oh and bring good shoes as the wall can be a little slippery if it had rained. Also, I wasn't sure about booking it because there were no reviews. However, as it turns out this Jenny's Guide service is actually really awesome. For example, today I could not find a tour for what I wanted and Jenny arranged one for me last minute. She is super helpful and responsive! I am very thankful for this experience and the help of Jenny and Mr. Guo and hope that it helps other travelers out there like me to help achieve their traveling dreams :) <3.

Great trip to the Great Wall - Great trip with Mr Gau. Car was excellent. This location for the Great Wall is challenging to hike up to get to the wall but worth it!

Great trip to the Great Wall - Great trip to a more remote and isolated part of the Great Wall. No crowds but it is not for the mobility challenged! Driver was very courteous and nice car ride to the wall.

Breathtaking early morning adventure - We arranged an early pick up (5:30am) to get to the Huanghuacheng Great Wall before it got too hot (mid-summer). Our driver, Mr Gao, was at our hotel on time in a comfortable clean air-conditioned car, giving us water and fruit. He was very friendly and looked after us very well. Our experience at the wall could not have been better. Mr Gao walked with us on the bush track to get the steps onto the wall. He then gave us pretty much as long as we wanted to explore (we were there for 3 hours). It was absolutely breathtaking at this time of day, especially in that there was absolutely no one else there - just my friend and I! I can definitely recommend this tour, and going early in the morning.

Great trip to Huanghuacheng - Driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Grand Hyatt. He was punctual, professional, and spoke a little english to my friends even though I am fluent in Chinese. At the site he took us to where we enter the wall, pointed out several restaurants, and remained accessible if we needed help which was all we wanted. Will recommend to all associates.

Excellent trip and would recommend - Very short notice booking after a short layover in Beijing. Very efficient and smooth pick up, very comfortable and pleasant drive. Driver had good conversational English and provided fresh fruit and water which was very much appreciated. On arrival my driver organised all payments for entry and gave good advice on where to explore and then left me to it! He was very relaxed about time and made sure i had seen everything that i had wanted to, and that i had had a good time. Would definitely you him again and recommend both the company and this section of the spectacular great wall.

Marvellous service! - Greetings from Singapore. We are a family of 7 (5 sisters and 2 nephews) Have engaged Jack for 3 private transports to Great Wall of China:Simatai/GubeiZhen, HuanghuaCheng, Mutianyu. Very pleased with services provided. He is punctual, polite and informative. The Mpv is new, clean and comfortable for 7 adults. He was patient too as we were very late in returning to the meeting place during our evening trekking in Simatai. I was pleasantly surprised that he also provided fruits and plenty of bottled waters for the journey. We were so pleased with Jack's excellent service that we engaged his service for airport transfer. Thanks Jack for the safe journey.
