- Niaochao National Stadium - Drive past the Olympic Stadium, also known as the Bird’s Nest. Although it is closed and we won’t stop, you can still snap photos from the car.
- Mutianyu Great Wall - Around noon, you’ll be driven to the Mutianyu Section of the Great Wall, renowned as the most beautiful part of the wall near Beijing. You can choose to have lunch either before or after exploring the Wall. With our VIP pass, we can drive directly to the Great Wall without needing to switch to a shuttle bus, allowing you to enjoy a 2-hour hike on the Wall.
You have the option to take a ski lift up and a toboggan slide down to access the Great Wall, which is highly recommended to avoid a 30-minute climb up the hill. When descending, the toboggan slide is the best way to conclude your thrilling Great Wall adventure.

Fabulous trip! - What a great tour! We beat the crowds at the Great Wall and had a great lunch before heading back into the city of a tour of the Summer Palace. Our guide Keith was incredibly knowledgeable and did an expert job navigating traffic.

Very nice tour of Summer Palace and Great Wall. - Very nice tour of the Summer Palace and of the Great Wall. Our tour guide David helped us to get a taxi to reach the meeting point, since we were out of the free pick-up area, which was great since we don't speak Chinese. He provided a lot of information on both the Summer Palace and Great Wall, and was very attentive to the group. On the Wall we also had free time to walk part of the section by ourselves at our own pace, which was great. The lunch spot he picked had delicious food and the tea ceremony/tasting that we had at the end was a nice touch to conclude a great day. Highly recommended.

Nice experience of the wall. - Great experience. We had a skilled guide, good in English and a lot of knowledge, we were lucky with the weather and got seen the wall and the summer palace from its best side. Good food we got and served.

Incredible! - Visiting the Great Wall of China with this tour was truly memorable! The site was breathtaking, offering an abundance of sights and historical significance. Great experience at the Wall - Suzy is very bubbly and took good care of us. The tour started early so we had time to enjoy the Great Wall before the crowd. Group tour was small and ideal. Summer Palace was beautiful but too crowded. Thank you Suzy!!

Too little time - Summer was a graceful and friendly tour guide who speaks great English!! I didn’t like to be required to buy tickets for cableway to get on wall and boat to cross lake although marked onmy recommended as well as for audio system at summer palace. Sales show at the tea house bites an hour out of the little time.

Great Small Group Tour - This was a great way to see a lot in one day. One of the best things is that we arrived at the Great Wall early so the cross were not here yet. We had a good amount of time to explore the wall. I’d recommend the cable car ticket to maximize the time on the wall.
The Birds Nest really is a drive by. We didn’t even get out and see it or get a picture:).
The Summer Palace was beautiful and Kevin did a great job explaining. It was very crowded though on a Monday because the Forbidden City is not open on Mondays.
It was also very nice that it was a small group. There were a total of 9 or 10 of us that made everything enjoyable and manageable.
Lunch was delicious. One of the best I’ve had on a tour. Authentic Chinese.

Great Wall & summer place, both a must visit - Enjoyed the Great Wall. It is an amazing construction. Take the slide down it’s exciting and different. The summer palace with its enormous lake is also very interesting, with the ivory ship and Buddhist temple.

Good start at the Great Wall but poor Summer Palace visit - The first part of the tour to the Mutianyu Great Wall was well planned so that we could avoid the crowds. It would have just been nice to get some extra time to walk around.
The second part of the tour to the Summer Palace felt like a rip-off - the walk was very short and we did not even get to visit the main buildings. I also did not appreciate the unnecessary add-ons such as the stop by the souvenir shop and the tea shop.
Lunch offered a variety of foods and was tasty.
