1. Before arriving in Beijing, you will receive the following details from us:

2. Arrival in Beijing
   • Upon arriving at the Beijing railway station, proceed to the exit where you will meet our driver. If you cannot locate our driver (which is highly unlikely), we recommend the following steps to contact us. We will do our utmost to resolve your issue immediately.
   • Visit the information desk opposite the terminal exit (the staff there speak English and are always ready to assist) and ask them to call our customer hotline, or you can reach us via WeChat: chinatourop
   • Call our 24/7 emergency line provided in your confirmation letter and request assistance.

3. Driver & Guide Service
   • Our driver can direct you to the nearest restroom and currency exchange shop. If you need to exchange currency to Chinese yuan, ask your guide.
   • At the hotel/airport, your driver will assist with your luggage and check-in procedures.
   • The trunks of our vehicles are spacious enough for your luggage.
   • Our vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi, GPS devices, and a baby seat. Please inform your driver if you need a baby seat.
   • You will have a short time to freshen up in your room, followed by an optional 30-minute introductory tour around your hotel provided by your guide. During this brief tour, your guide will recommend the best restaurants and shopping areas, marking them on your map for easy navigation later.
