Brilliant Tour, Superb guiding by Jim - Did the murals tour on 29/12/24 with our 2 “kids” and my daughter’s boyfriend (all in their twenties). Jim picked us up from the Titanic Hotel and dropped us back to the sanctuary of the Crown Bar for a post tour Guinness. Jim is a superb local guide who grew up in Belfast when things were at the absolute apex of tension and he knows every fine detail about what has happened over the entire troubles period. He had angles and deep perspectives which illuminate what happened, why it happened and what’s happening in the present day. My wife and I are both from “Norn Iron” ourselves (Ballymena) so we have our own perspectives too, however Jim crucially fills in the vital blanks and missing bits which makes for an incredibly comprehensive and compelling tour. My wife and I have done a Belfast murals tour previously - which was also great - but Jim opened up a whole new set of dimensions on this tour. Jim’s a great guy - if you get the chance ask for him personally. My only regret - our tour was only 2 hours - I could easily spend a whole day listening to Jim’s stories about the troubles. We’ll just have to come back…

A must do in Belfast - Jim was outstanding!! Knowledgeable, insightful, and empathic are just a few words that come to mind, and funny! One of the best city tours we have ever taken. Hearing the background and history of The Troubles from someone who lived it was deeply moving, and we both learned so much!! Highly recommended!!

Excellent taxi trip - Jim gave us such an interesting 1.5 hrtrip in his immaculately clean taxi. We had little knowledge at start of tour but have greater knowledge now. Would highly recommend this taxi firm and would do it all again. Thanks Jim for making our trip easy, we felt unrushed during stops to take our photos and you give a very interesting trip

The driver tour guide Jim made this wonderful - I took a visitor from Wales on this tour and I am Northern Irish. We both found it highly educational, emotional, enjoyable and entertaining. Jim was the perfect guide. He was very patient even when we were 30 mins late he could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Jim had an extensive knowledge and interest in his subject, he was very funny and had us laughing the whole trip. He was also very kind and looked after us. Would definitely recommend going on this tour especially with Jim

A Great Way to Understand The Troubles - I don't know about others who did this tour, but for me and my wife this was a fantastic way to learn about the Belfast troubles and the culture of the city. Sean was our cabbie guide and he was amazing. Sean drove us around Belfast through the various neighborhoods and explained the importance and historical significance of the numerous murals throughout the city. He was quite informative and passionate. We learned so much and are so glad we did it.

Murals tour - Great experience! Geordie picked us up outside of our hotel for our tour and was happy to drop is off at the museum after. The tour was around 1h 30mins - 2hrs long. Geordie talked us through the history and the present. He was happy to answer questions and provided a personal touch to the experience. Would definitely recommend Geordie as your tour guide!

Belfast Murals Tour - Amazing tour of the murals. Jim was brilliant in explaining the troubles as I’ve never heard it explained before. He was very knowledgeable and passionate but also mixed with a bit of banter. Highly recommended.
