The best tour in Belfast - Dan was an absolutely incredible tour guide, he does it in a very unique way. He shows you the history of the North of Ireland through 3 perspectives so you can really get the picture. He took me to some absolute jaw dropping places and was such a kind and lovely man to talk to. He has incredible knowledge and charges a very reasonable price for what he gives you.

An eye-opening insight into the Troubles - This was a great way of understanding the recent history of Ireland. The tour took us to some well known places and the commentary was very interesting to us all despite our varied ages. The driver was very accommodating as we changed our pick up spot. We thoroughly recommend this tour.

A must-do - Dan was amazing! Easy pick up from Belfast train station he took me to the places and streets of his youth and filled them with first hand stories, you can ask a million questions and he'd patiently answer with his big heart. Thank you Dan for helping me learn and unlearn. There is still hope for humanity, because of people like you.

5 stars must do in Belfast - Dan welcomed us into the black cab and was incredibly friendly and personable from the start. He began the tour by clearly explaining what was involved, emphasising the neutrality of the tour experience and that there would be no glorification of violence. The tour took us to several local murals, with Dan explaining the artists behind them and the political meaning of the work. We were shown areas of Belfast where segregation still exists, as well as neighbourhood memorials marking significant historical acts of war. Dan was fascinating to listen to and offered valuable insight into the history, alongside his own personal experiences and perspectives on the complexities of the civil conflict. Thank you for such a powerful and informative experience, and for sharing this important part of our history.
