Best long weekend - The tour driver was really funny 😁 and very helpful. He had a good knowledge of all the places we saw. We really enjoyed the giant causeway, just beautiful.

A Favourite of my Pre-Teens! - Our coach trip with Allens Tours to Giant’s Causeway was a very good experience. Our driver, Ben, was an excellent tour guide, telling great stories and legends along the journey and treating us to Irish songs, which added a wonderful cultural touch to the trip. The kids (pre-teens!) absolutely loved it, which speaks volumes about how engaging the trip was for all ages. Only a few minor hiccups at the beginning with some logistical issues that were quickly solved. It’s worth noting that the journey is an 8-hour excursion, so be prepared for a full-day activity.

Allen’s Tours - We booked this trip at short notice as we were in Belfast for 48hrs and our planned visit to the Titanic Experience was cancelled due to a damaged roof. It’s an 8hr coach trip up the north coast taking in some sights before finishing at the Giants Causeway. To be honest coach trips are not my favourite way to see a place but a day trip was all we had time for. It was a good trip and Lindsey the coach driver and guide was very friendly and informative. Describing the coach ‘luxury’ was pushing it a bit, but overall we had a really nice day.

Ticked off some of the sites - Full day ticking off some great sites. Would have liked a tiny bit longer at the distillery 😉. A good full day.

Disappointed Tourists - Biggest disappointment was not being able to cross the rope Bridge. The coach was not allowed down anymore, perhaps could have a small minibus to ferry people in? Hard to see from the lookout. Bushmills visit didn’t include a tour. Giants Causeway was not allowed into the gift shop at the end. I think the National Trust is not very business savvy to be turning away customers.

Rude! - We had a long-standing interest in visiting the Giants Causeway. We didn’t actually book a tour because our contact with the booking office before we even got into the building was so off putting. Extremely rude behaviour to a man walking past the building changed our minds.

ATTACKED A TRAFFIC ATTENDANT - I was passing through the area when I saw an employee throw a bucket of water on a passing traffic attendant. The staff and company as a whole seem rough, would avoid at all costs
