Highlights
  • Titanic Belfast - Spend approximately 1.5 hours at the Titanic Museum, delving into the history of the Titanic ocean liner and its tragic maiden voyage. The narrative is brought to life through cutting-edge technology, scale models, and more. The museum spans 9 galleries, incorporating special effects, dark rides, and full-scale reconstructions. Interactive elements allow you to explore the Titanic story in a meaningful way. The journey extends beyond the sinking’s aftermath to the ship’s later discovery. This tour also includes a visit to the live undersea exploration center.
  • Giant’s Causeway - Prepare to be awestruck by this breathtaking sight. This wild and stunning formation is the result of ancient volcanic activity, with solidified lava forming over 40,000 hexagonal columns stretching more than 6km. You can walk along this UNESCO World Heritage site for about 1.5 hours, seeing formations like the Wishing Chair, the Giant’s Boot, and the Organ.

There is an alternative legend about the Causeway’s creation. According to folklore, the Irish giant Finn McCool, while preparing to battle his Scottish rival, angrily hurled rocks into the sea to create a path to Scotland. However, upon seeing the size of his opponent, he retreated, tearing up the ground and ripping the stones as he fled. Similar stones found in Scotland lend credence to this tale of two warring giants! Even today, the Causeway continues to spark imagination and inspire folklore.

  • The Dark Hedges - Pause at the Dark Hedges for around 20 minutes, a centuries-old avenue of beech trees featured in films and television. In the TV series Game of Thrones, the Dark Hedges appeared in season 2 as the King’s Road.

Beautiful Irish Bus Ride - Quigg’s running commentaries on Irish history and folklore were exceptional and greatly added to the tour’s value. The stunning countryside was a great backdrop.

Great program at decent price - Very pleasant and attentive Crew, Great value. Leaving on time would have made it perfect, as it‘d given us more room to explore the Causeway.

A full day experience! - This tour starts at 9:15 and ends promptly at 5:15. Both Jarred and Brian were excellent hosts. The tour is exactly as described and these 2 gents made it a wonderful experience! On the way out of Belfast up to the Giant causeway you get a good narrative of the country of Ireland. After the causeway there were great photo ops and into the Dark Hedges. From there Brian shared history through his eyes during the 1970 troubles. He took us through the Protestant area and were saw the Peace wall. Final stop is the Titanic Belfast. I would suggest to stay on a bit longer than the tour and cab back to Belfast. ( At most 10 minute ride)This was an excellent experience and highly recommend! Thank you Jarred and Brian!

Giant Causeway, Titanic Museum day tour - The Giant's Causeway was spectacular and we had ample time to explore. We could have used another half hour at the Dark Hedges but I understand we needed to cover a lot of miles so the additional time wasn't an option. The Dark Hedges were also well worth the visit. We did have ample time to explore the Titanic Museum which was an impressive display albeit a little overwhelming given the size and number of exhibits. The building is beautifully designed. In addition to the three great sites we visited, we really enjoyed the guide, Quigg's narrative. He was extremely knowledgeable and a gifted speaker. He really knows his history!

causeway plus - we boarded in belfast, to find a nearly full coach that had come from dublin, godfrey a good host, described, what the people from belfast or dublin were doing for that day, we stopped at 4 places, the ruins of dunluce castle and dark hedges from game of thrones, giants causeway and the titanic experience. being midsummer, all places visited were busy.queues for toilets took up a long time at the causeway. although it seemed chaotic at times, it worked out well, some people walked back to central belfast from titanic.there wasa toilet on board which was good as many people had come along way.

Great place… too crowded! - We flew over from Manchester on a day visit purely to go to The Titanic Experience. It’s a great place, very interesting and extremely well presented. The ride following the construction of the ship was particularly good. Unfortunately we made the mistake of going during school holidays as the place was very overcrowded, it seems unlimited numbers are allowed in. It was impossible to engage in most of the many interactive displays and even trying to read some of the information boards was difficult. Would certainly recommend a visit but would be avoid peak times

Worth the time from Belfast - This was a fun tour from Belfast. Giant's Causeway is incredible. We did the Red Trail (more difficult hike) on the way and the easier trail on the way back. We had to hustle to get back on time. Going around the bend to the "amphitheatre" area is definitely worth it! Dark Hedges was cool to see and a nice walk. Then the Titanic Museum - very well done with modern exhibits. Skip the "ride" to give you more time. It's not worth the long wait. Bring snacks and drinks with you as there's really no time to get lunch on this tour. Wear comfortable shoes for hiking. Our tour guide was a bit too talkative for our liking but he did share some interesting history. We prefer history rather than personal views on politics and religion; our guide shared a lot more than was appropriate for such a tour. Our driver was excellent. :)

Not enough time at the attractions. - There was not enough time at the attractions. If you assume their estimate of 1.5 hours/attraction, that leaves 4 hours of bus travel. These attractions should not be on the same itinerary. Do them separately. To the tour company, the important non-variable is the return time so if you experience any delay, the time comes off the Titanic tour, which deserves more than 1.5 hours.
