Amazing!! - A really amazing experience for our friends 21st birthday! The people were amazing and such a laugh. Made sure our drinks were always topped up and joined in with our music choices. 10/10 experience would definitely do it again!

Really enjoyable - The hosts were really friendly and we stopped a few times for some pictures. It was an enjoyable event and would certainly recommend it.

Good Laugh - Came to Belfast for a girls weekend. Booked this as had good reviews. Was a great experience and laugh from start to finish. You can bring your own drink with you which makes it a value for money experience. Two hosts were on the tour bike with as and were very attentive. Went at 3pm and traffic was very busy, think route should possibly be changed to accommodate this although it was good to get a break from the cycling. Would deffintly do tour again if back in Belfast.

Fun at the time... - Fun for filling an hour in Belfast. Lovely staff hosting/driving the bike. However, the experience has been spoilt by the after-value. I bought drinks via website to have on the tour (not realising you can take your own). These weren't provided, but we were told we could have a refund and quickly buy our own, which we did. I've been chasing the drinks refund since; I've had one call back when I was told the refund would be sorted via email but then heard nothing, and now not getting any response. Disappointing, and has really taken the shine off the experience.

WARNING - SCAM ALERT - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! - I organized a work social event and coordinated the tour payment over the phone with Jennifer. During the transaction, she informed me that my initial card payment was unsuccessful, so I provided the details again. Fast forward to the day of the event: I receive a call from a colleague stating that two bikes have arrived instead of the one we ordered. While on the call, one of the event organizers at the scene requested to speak with me, expressing inconvenience about bringing two bikes. I reiterated that we only ordered one and that I would address the issue with Jennifer since I had email proof of our order. The organizer then mentioned that they had offered our group unlimited drinks to offset the cost of the extra bike. I firmly declined, reminding them that we had a pre-arranged bar tab, and any additional drinks were to be paid for by staff. He agreed on the phone and advised me to follow up with Jennifer about the extra bike. The following day, I discovered we had been charged twice, and staff were encouraged to exceed the £100 bar tab, supposedly covered by the cost of the second bike—something that was never agreed upon, either verbally or in writing. I have email proof of our original agreement. I have repeatedly tried to contact Jennifer by phone and email, but she has not responded. On one occasion, she answered the phone but pretended not to be Jennifer and asked me to call back another day. I’ve also reached out to Ron, their operations person, and tried all general contact numbers and emails, but I’ve received no response. I demand an immediate refund for the extra bike we did not order, and I have documentation to support this. The level of customer service has been appalling. Please respond as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

Did not work out well. - We didn’t go. They rescheduled us to the next day and we weren’t going to still be in Belfast so couldn’t go. I texted, emailed and notified them on the app a day before and still did not get my refund. I just want my refund after they rescheduled it without my agreeing to it. I just keep getting emails asking me for my review. Argh.
