Golubac Fortress - After a 2-hour drive, you will arrive at Golubac Fortress, a 14th-century structure located at the entrance of the Iron Gate National Park, where the Danube is at its widest and the scenery is lush and green.

Lepenski Vir - A short drive will take you to Lepenski Vir, an archaeological site nearby. This incredible site is one of the oldest urban settlements in Europe, dating back 8000 years.

Djerdap National Park - A 45-minute drive to Tekija marks the start of your speedboat adventure. As you cruise along the most picturesque part of the Danube River, you’ll see Roman-era remains such as Trajan’s Plaque (Tabula Traiana). Additionally, during your speedboat tour, you’ll view Mrakonija Monastery, Balloon Stations, and the Stone Statue of Decebalus Rex, the tallest rock sculpture in Europe.

Donji Milanovac - After your boat adventure, we’ll proceed to the city of Donji Milanovac for a lunch break, where you’ll have the chance to sample local specialties.

Belgrade - Return to Belgrade in the early evening, with drop-off at your accommodation.

- The boat tour depends on weather conditions. If the weather is not suitable you will be asked to change the date or cancel the trip
- Shared Group Tour requires a minimum of 4 people to run. If the minimum number of passengers isn’t met, you will be offered a choice between choosing another date/tour, cancelling the tour for a full refund or paying a surcharge for a private tour
- This experience requires good weather conditions. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather you will be offered a different date or a full refund
- Golubac Fortress - Ticket include only access to Green Zone of the fortress
- Private Tour (additional info): During the peak tourist season there is a possibility that you won’t be the only passengers on speedboat tour
- Transportation by air-conditioned car (1-3 pax) or minivan (4-7 pax)

Serbia inspired tours with one hour speedboat - The tour guide, Jelena was at the hotel to great us for pickup with the Driver “Boba” no relation to Boba Fett. Both members of staff were very friendly and Jelena was full of the knowledge needed for the tour.
We picked up some other passengers from a nearby hotel whom were all very friendly but back to the trip
A very clean and thankfully air conned minibus set us on our way and the first stop
Golubac Fortress, an amazing piece of medieval architecture and stunning views
The second stop Lepenski Vir an 8000 year old settlement uncovered when the Serbians were building a dam
The final place was the speedboat ride to see the tallest man made stone carving in Europe,
That of Decebalus (quite amazing)
Then a drive back with a late lunch at Mirocka Dolina, beautiful food in a beautiful setting at very reasonable prices.
Finally the trip home and dropped at the door again, nice people met to travel with the LA and Aussie crew but thanks Jelena and Boba for a magnificent trip

Don't be put off by the long trip! - Had such a lovely day. Thanks to Bobi our driver for making the bus so cool, comfortable and clean. Thank you so much Jelena for teaching us so much about what we saw and lots of information and tips to make the most of our time in Serbia. Jelena was so sweet and funny. The trip was really good. I wanted to visit for years and it was even better than I had hoped. It is a long day but it didn't feel too bad as plenty of down time on the comfortable, cool bus.

Interesting tour of the beautiful Danube River - This is very eventful and interesting tour of a beautiful region. Tour guide Jelena gave a very informative commentary in a fun and friendly way. I learnt a lot about the beautiful Danube River and the history that happened around it.

Nature and history - Our tour guide spoke very good English and told us many interesting facts and history about the surroundings. I had a great time and saw some beautiful nature around the Danube and learned some history. Also the fried catfish and serbian white wine I had in the restaurant in the afternoon were delicious.
It is quite a drive from Belgrade but definitely worth it.

Very nice guide and driver! Highly recommended tour! - The guide (Nina) is very friendly and professional in explaining the history of each site we visited and notable places we passed through along the way of our trip. It was raining a bit during the start of the tour but they provided us with umbrellas which is nice. The driver (Milan) assisted us with all stuff we need before leaving the van.
My most favorite part is the speedboat ride. I’ve seen Danube in Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest before, but this I would say is probably one of the best spots in Danube. The rockies and some monuments are beautiful. After the boat ride, Nina and Milan gave us free shots of Rakija (it’s strong but I like it 😄), and what’s nice is they also gave us the cute shot glass as souvenirs.
Overall, we really enjoyed the whole tour and not to mention the unlimited mineral water! So you don’t really need to bring your water bottles because everything is taken care of. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who will visit Belgrade!

Great day trip outside Belgrade - Excellent day trip with our Guide Jelena. She is informative and very organized. We felt very safe with our driver, Ranko for the long ride. Places we visited were beautiful and stunning. Communication from Serbia Inspired Tour prior to the trip was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great time by the Danube - Fantastic daytrip to Danube and the Eastern part of Serbia. Our guide Jelena was extremely friendly, professionel and knowledgeable and we were also in good hands with Ranko as our driver. We saw a lot and had very little waiting time - everything went very smoothly. I can highly recommend this tour with Serbia Inspired.
