- Danube River - Discover the magnificent Danube River, a true natural wonder. Flowing through ten countries, including ours, this is Europe’s second-longest river and has been a crucial link between nations for centuries. Once the boundary of the powerful Roman Empire, the Danube continues to be a vital route connecting the far reaches of the Old Continent. Known as the “old giant,” this river has given rise to numerous civilizations and cultures, with historical sites along Serbia’s banks highlighting its rich legacy.
- Golubac Fortress - Journey along the majestic Danube to your first destination, the Golubac Fortress. Situated on towering cliffs at the river’s widest point, this medieval fortress captivates visitors with its enchanting towers and fairytale-like ambiance. Ascend to one of the fortress’s viewpoints, and it becomes clear why locals say the Danube looks like the sea from here. Experience breathtaking panoramic views from one of Serbia’s most well-preserved fortifications.
- Kapetan Misin Breg - Delight in the tranquil beauty of Kapetan Mišin Breg, an eco-ethno complex offering stunning views of the Đerdap Gorge. Named after a respected captain, the site includes an open-air gallery, “Man, Wood, Water,” featuring an impressive array of wooden and stone sculptures.
- Djerdap National Park - After a leisurely lunch, embark on a journey through the Iron Gate Gorge, the narrowest and deepest part of the Danube. Admire the impressive rock carving of Dacian King Decebal and catch sight of the Mraconia Monastery on the Romanian side. Conclude your cruise with a visit to Tabula Traiana, a Roman plaque celebrating Emperor Trajan’s remarkable engineering achievement of building a road through the gorge’s most challenging terrain.

Fab day out. Tamara was great! - I went on this tour as a rather last minute decision as I had a spare day in Belgrade and I wasn't disappointed. Tamara was a great guide, giving a good balance of information, humour, and allowing time for us to explore at our own pace too. Golubac is magnificent and Lepenski Vir vastly more fascinating than I had anticipated. The lunch (extra) was superb and home made. I can only imagine this tour in Summer would be even more beautiful along the Danube!

A great day trip from Belgrade. - Over all the trip was very good and our guide Zoran was excellent. However it was a very long drive there and back and it was difficult to hear Zoran while sitting in the back. Fortress was amazing. Lunch excellent and boat trip was very good. However the litter at the boat ramp was disappointing.

Asian people, don't go for this trip!!! - Everything is good, except the lunch place. I gave the host 2000 RSD, and she gave me 200 RSD change. However, just a few seconds before I was about to leave, she told me I only gave her 1200 RSD (the color for 1000 RSD and 200 RSD are similar). However, clearly remember I have at least 2000 RSD (2 x 1000 RSD ), which I confirmed one day before several times.
