Our guides will meet you upon mainland arrival in Belize City before heading off to Altun Ha.The temples are easily climbed and are not as tall as Lamanai and Xunantunich. Once at the cave tubing outpost, you’ll be given a basic orientation and safety briefing before heading off on a 30-minute hike which includes wading through a few knee-deep water streams.. If there’s time, and you’re open to added adventure, our guides may stop at the mini waterfall and swimming area. Next Your guide will show you the monkeys up close as they scamper across rope suspensions bridges throughout the village. You won’t miss the howl of this small monkey that sounds like it’s coming from a much bigger animal.
