Begin the tour at the Nohoch Che’en Reserve by wading across a knee-deep river. On the opposite side, enjoy a guided nature walk through the jungle and a dry cave as you proceed to the starting point. Double hard shell sit-on-top kayaks are ready for you at the riverside. Familiarize yourself with your kayak while listening to the safety briefing. Start with a brief paddle upstream to the first cave, where the river emerges from underground. Then, paddle downstream, navigating your kayak through the cave systems with only your headlamp to guide you! The river meanders through several cave systems and concludes with an open stretch along the jungle-lined river, ending where you initially crossed the river.
