Great but not easy to do. - First the walk to the caves is not super easy. So if you can't walk over 1.25 miles over rocks and roots do not pick this but if you can it is totally worth it. The optional walk in the Crystal Caves is also difficult but very cool. The rocks are slick and uneven and you are walking in water shoes so just a heads up. Guides Sharon and Alex were great. Also if you are on a cruise we got back with 15 mins or so to spare.

Beautiful, interesting, awesome - Alex, Sharon, Abner and Naz were awesome, we had a fantastic time. Everything was taken care of, most other people had to carry their tubes through the rainforest to get to the caves, ours were waiting there for us. They did a great job leading us through the caves and being tour guides. We would definitely use them again! Highly recommended the kids had a blast!

Amazing - Once we got on the road our trip was amazing. Our guides were very informative regarding local plants and the men in the group even ate termites. My husband loved it. We had our kids (20's) in another group and their guides didn't give as much info regarding local history and plants. Fred and Alex were amazing and helped me with steps (foot surgery), they were patient and didn't make me feel bad. 5 stars to Fred and Alex, lunch was amazing too!!!

Wonderful cave tubing experience! - Just did the Crystal Cave and cave tubing tour with Fred and Alex. Great experience from the time we left the dock, to the hike through the jungle and our time in the caves. Highly recommend!! Very relaxing learning experience. Very knowledgeable guides. Unbelievable nature setting that is extremely well preserved. Thank you!!!

Fun excursion! - Our guide on 11/25 was amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour and didn’t find it overly physically demanding (my mom is 63) but there was one river crossing in decently fast water so you need to be able to handle that and uneven ground. Would recommend!

Definitely worth it! - Took a early morning Cave tour, picked up right in time by Naziel, the young man was well versed in his Countries history. We were very impressed with him. He gave us points of interest along the ride, he did a hell of a job during the Cave portion of the tour. Got us back to the hotel safely mid afternoon. Would definitely recommend him and this Company.

Must do excursion in Belize for an adventure! - This is a must do excursion in Belize! The tubing through the cave was even cooler than we could have thought. Our tour guide Abner was awesome. Not only very knowledgeable of the caves and forest but also funny and a joy to talk to throughout the day. This excursion was also a bonus because the tubes were waiting for us at the beginning of the river. Thanks again Abner!!

A must if in Belize - Spent a wonderful day in Belize with our tour guide Freddy. We were a group of four including two children ages 10 and 7. While driving to the activity, Freddy was very engaging and explained many things about his beautiful country. We really appreciated the length of the tour being longer than the tour offered by the cruise ship. We arrived back to the port with plenty of time for shopping. Overall, a great day enjoying a very unique experience!

Beautiful, but not what we expected - I want to start by saying our guide was outstanding. He was friendly, and very informative. However, I feel like we ended up on a tour we DEFINITELY did not sign up to do. We were under the impression we would take a long walk to the caves, then we would have a relaxing float in tubes through the cave. NOPE, not what we did. After tubing maybe 15 mims or so, we were made to get out of our tubes and climb a very slippery rocky wall (at the little waterfall) We then journeyed over very rough rocks and cliffs. And at one point we had to swim a long distance to reach another area of the cave. One of the ladies in our group does not swim and she was terrified, even having a panic attack! In my opinion, and my friend with me (who has a very bad shoulder) and would NEVER have booked this tour if we knew we had to do this scary and strenuous tour. We ended up swimming once again to get to the next area. That was also never mentioned in the tour description. I'm 60 years old with bad lower back problems, and was definitely NOT prepared for this tour. I think your description should be updated to explain all that will be required. After it was finished I'll say it was a beautiful experience. But am definitely not a happy customer to not have been informed of what to expect on this tour. And I will say we would have chosen a different tour had we known.
