Great experience - Cool tour through the caves. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I went solo but my guide joined with another group in the company and we all did the tour as one. It was a little shorter than expected but still worth it. I would def do it again.

It was fun and informative! I would do it again! Highly recommend! - This was the first time we ever ziplined or cave tubed. I quickly realized that I disliked ziplining but my boyfriend loved it. As far as the cave tubing, it was fantastic. We had a 25 minute hike and had to carry our tubes- which wasn’t difficult at all. We had to cross a river in 3 spots. That was a challenge but we had Jimmy help us all. Once in the cave, it was smooth sailing. The lunch was great! Both our guides were wonderful- Jimmy and Fred. I would absolutely recommend them and if I ever go back, I will use this company again.

highly recommend while here in belize! - this was a great excursion and our tour guide kenton made it even better. he picked us up from the water taxi terminal and drove us to the cave/zip line. along the way he was very talkative and personable explaining sights, the excursion, etc. we really appreciated him!

Spectacular trip - This was the highlight of my trip in Belize. Kenton was an amazing guide. He gave us a rich history of Belize, the caves, the rivers and everything was wonderful. Be prepared to walk for a mile and load up on bug spray.

Wonderful trip. Great... - Wonderful trip. Great tour guides. Only complaint is if you zip line bring bug spray. We are a family of 6 and each got close to 100 mosquito bites. It was miserable. But otherwise the caves zip lining and lunch was wonderful.

Fun cave tubing! Zip line was meh - The underground cave tubing was really cool and met my expectations. I’d highly recommend it. The zip line near the cave tubing was a little disappointing with only four platforms (two of which were very short) and we felt very rushed (the zip line staff was really amazing though). The excursion started an hour late because a group was late in the tender port. They didn’t do the zip line but we were still in the same van so they waited while we zip lined and when we were done we only had about ten minutes to inhale our lunch before we had to get back to the port. The guides did their best to make it all work but I think we should’ve been in a separate group that left on time and with people who also signed up to zip line so we weren’t so rushed.

Long transport time. Bug spray a must. It is fun. - The drive to and from the location was 37 miles from the port. The info didnt specify this time factor of a 1 hour drive each way. Which impacted how much time we had to experience the activity. The cave tubing and zip line were lots of fun. Prepare to walk through the forest and through moving water waist high carrying the tube. Bring bug spray due to very large number of mosquitoes.

Cancelled and weren’t honest - The tour company cancelled our tour with less than 2 hours notice. They cited rising water levels for the reason we couldn’t go cave tubing but we found another guide with very short notice and every company was there cave tubing. Rising water levels was an excuse. Not sure why they really wanted to cancel but I would have appreciated honesty. I’ve noted the Tour company and will be certain to ever book with them again. Yes, we will get a refund but had to find someone else last minute and it cost us more.
