Make sure you have time to make it - We were late to the port due to the tender from the ship to the port. and we had priority debarking. We arrived 10 minutes late and the bus had already left us. We received a full refund, and the staff was nice about it.

Fabulous exposure to Sea Life - This was a wonderful day-excursion. Our captain provided for all our needs and made sure everyone had opportunities to feed the tarpons, swim with the nurse sharks and stingrays and snorkel around the reef. In doing so he took care to point out and name all the various fish and coral while also protecting the integrity of the reserve. Well worth the time and expense.

Fantastic Voyage - My wife and I had a great time with McKenzie and crew. Great snorkeling on the reef. Had a fantastic lunch at the Lazy Lizard. Fed the tarpons too.

Perfect Day - Perfect Day! My boyfriend booked this tour because the excursion we took the day before through our cruise line was a disaster! All of the staff were so nice and we felt like we made new friends! They told us about the history of their country and made us feel like family! We will definitely be coming back and using this company every time!

Fun in Caye Caulker - It was a great day. We saw rays, sharks, and many tropical fish at the coral gardens. The boat was a little overcrowded but the crew was very helpful. The water was perfect too.

A memorable day snorkeling and interacting with sea creatures - Booked this tour through Expedia while on a Princess Western Caribbean Cruise. The ride from the dock in Belize was approximately 30 minutes across the Caribbean Sea in a boat that held about 20-30 people. The water was a little choppy at first due to a bit of wind, so the ride was a bit bouncy at first but after about 5-10 minutes the water settled down and it was a lot smoother. Tour guide Allie was great; his instructions were clear, concise and understandable, while also interjecting humourous lines that had everyone laughing. Snorkeling on the reef was very cool. Water was warm and crystal clear. Allie led the group around the reef pointing out different fish and ensuring we all stuck together. Next up we went to the shallows which were around 4-5 feet deep. We all stood in the water as nurse sharks and stingrays swam around our feet. Next we went to shore for lunch at a cafe on Caye Caulker. We all sat at shaded picnic tables. Lunch selections included fresh cooked fish and jerk chicken to name a couple of dishes on the menu. After lunch we headed back into the boat to Tarpon River where everyone was given the opportunity to feed a sardine to a 3-4 foot tarpon. These ambush predator fish leapt out of the water and grabbed the sardines from people's hands. Even though we were told this is what they would do, it was still a surprise and caused a lot of squeals of excitement!

Filthy beaches - great steet life - Caya Caulker is a great place to chill at cute simple bars or restaurants but has some of the worst beaches in the region. It’s a great place to pay for trips off the island but as a beach destination it sucks. The beaches are filthy with piles or rotting seaweed and plastic trash piled high.
It’s main appeal is leaving on a trip or hanging around at the local bars and eateries but don’t come for beach life.

No communication - I was not able to get in contact with the tour guides and TripAdvisor was not able to reach them either. The meeting point was vague. I arrived 15 minutes early and saw no one. really was looking forward to those excursion. Awaiting my refund since I wasn’t able to indulge.

Sub par. Didn’t deliver. Avoid. - Rude operator. No meeting point and no response to inquiry. Lots of waiting around. Unfriendly. No water. No tarpon feeding. No beach. Just a hot concrete pier. This tour was nothing more than an expensive, cramped water taxi.
