Coral reef, sharks and sting rays - Wonderful snorkeling at 2 sites at the island of Caye Caulker, about 40 min boat ride from Belize City port.

Amazing Fun Knowledgeable Kind Crew - The crew provided an amazing experience for my family. They were friendly fun and amazing young men who knew the water and all life living in it. I highly recommend this excursion as it far exceeded my expectations. Thank you and I hope to come back and book with the same crew for another amazing experience.

Coral Garden Sharks and Stingray Adventure - A Must-Do Experience! - This adventure was absolutely amazing and so much fun from start to finish! The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the whole experience feel safe and exciting. Seeing the sharks up close was an unforgettable thrill — they were such an awesome sight gliding gracefully through the water! The coral reefs were breathtaking, bursting with color and teeming with marine life. Snorkeling through them felt like swimming in an underwater paradise. The stingrays were gentle and majestic, and interacting with them was such a unique experience. One of the unexpected highlights was a surprise tarpon fish feeding — watching those huge fish leap out of the water was so cool and added an extra dose of excitement to an already incredible day. I highly recommend the Coral Garden Sharks and Stingray Adventure to anyone looking for an unforgettable ocean excursion. You won’t regret it!

Enjoyable day - About a 45 minute boat ride, in part through mangroves, to Caye Caulker, an interesting place with a good restaurant to purchase lunch. Snorkeling was nearby, better than excursions in Costa Maya or Cozumel but Roatan was best in our limited sample. Highlights were the ray and shark snorkel and feeding the tarpon. Staff were great.

Nice introductory snorkeling experience - We left late. The guides were great! They gave us a nice overview of Caye Caulker and kept us safe/entertained during this snorkeling trip. I didn’t like the shark/ray stop as you are standing in seagrass and they are swimming around you. I better overall experience is going to Hol Chan as opposed to this however it is a good introductory lesson especially if your on a cruise ship and short on time.

Super unorganized check in process - Check in is a disaster. They have many different excursions going and one table with a lady writing down names. No one knew what to do or if we were even in the right line. The guy that seemed to be trying to organize everything just kept saying “1 second” any time anyone asked him a question and then never came back to them. Once we got onto our tour boat, everything was fine. We were late leaving due to the ship’s tender process being terrible so we didn’t have a lot of time on the island but that’s not Splash Wave’s fault. We stopped at the Lazy Lizard before snorkeling and ordered food for after which worked out well. The food was ready to go when we got back so we didn’t have to rush too much to eat. The snorkeling was fine and the sharks/rays were amazing. We got back to port with about 30 minutes to spare before the last tender. The description does mention rum punch and fruit for a snack but that didn’t happen.

Nice Tour But did not get to walk around Cay Caulker - I went on this excursion. I really liked the snorkeling. They said that we would get to spend time to shop and explore Cay Caulker. They had us order our lunch before we snorkeled so it would be ready when we got back. When we got back for lunch it took 30 minutes to get the food we preordered because everyone from the boat was sitting in different areas. The waitstaff had problems finding out what food belongs to who. They said they would be back for our drink order but never came back so we had to eat with out anything to drink. The boat only gave us 45 minutes to eat. We didn't even get to explore Cay Caulker. That is the whole reason I booked the excursion I wanted to see the Island. The Captain was nice and did walk me over to a souvenir shop while his staff told me "No". I really appreciated that. The lunch should be buffet style so people can just grab and eat. They should also let you eat somewhere else if you don't want to eat at that restaurant. One crew member on the boat was constantly yelling at everyone to hurry up at each location. I just think everything was really rushed.

Not Good! - When we finally got there it was nice. Otherwise, there was to much time waste waiting at the port 15 minutes, 12 minutes to check in at the beginning of the pier then 45 minutes standing in the waiting for boat. Then th boats throttle did work correctly and we had to back to the pier for repairs. After approximately 15 minutes we were on our way. The lunch was complete chaos. The one group were charge twice for their meal and our bill could not be found.
