Perfect day in Belize! - Watching barracuda hunt, seeing Moray eels, petting sharks and rays, feeding tarpon and having a delicious lunch… I couldn’t want for anything better than that for a perfect day in Belize.

Slow start, awesome experience! - Was a little worried at first because I had a hard time finding the meeting spot being a solo person on the tour and not coming from the cruise ship. Was at the meeting location at 7:30 am, but didn't leave until 9:30. The tour did not disappoint. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and Fun to be around. They insured our safety, and made sure we were comfortable while seeing the sharks and stingrays up close, and the reefs were full of under water wildlife. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone. There were young kids on my tour and the guides made sure they were comfortable, even though one of the kids did not want to participate because they felt sick. Worth it!!!

Enjoyed it so much - The experience was amazing. My kids and I were mesmerized with the second largest barrier reef. Was so beautiful. We saw eels and concha and many sea urchins many different fish. We made most of our time and even got to see huge tarpons and feed them that were not even on the excursion. It was a great plus

It was confused to me to... - In the beginning, it was confused to me to the meeting point and time which was difference from the info in the website. I received the message from the host at 7:22am that the meeting point and time were changed. It was not the fault of our tour guide. But after everything was settled down, the trip was fantastic. Our tour guide brought us to the coral. He directed us to swim around the coral. They are plenty of fish swimming with us. He then brought us up to a point where he feed the shark. Everyone jump to the sea and met the shark. Everyone had a lot of fun. I did not snorkel. Our guide told me to hold the safe jacket and bring me to circle the coral. He is very nice.

Fun! - This was a tendered port. We were late getting to the operator - the port was chaotic, but lots of people were helpful, assisting us to find our tour group. They waited, which was nice. We were unclear whether lunch was included - it wasn’t. The tour guides were informative and helpful. Some of the fins & snorkels were broken, but they had replacements. It was just a metal boat with benches around the perimeter. Nothing fancy. We took snacks, but one could order lunch - I think they only took cash, at the restaurant. The coral was colourful. Not as many fish as I expected, but they were pretty and I saw a lionfish and others saw a Moray eel. We also fed tarpon at our last stop. And before lunch we swam with stingrays and nurse sharka.

Do not book - never picked up and no communication from tour company! - I booked this excursion before realizing how many reviews had stated that the company did not pick them up as stated in the tour description and no communication happened from the company. Sadly, the same experience happened to me - I even messaged the company on Viator the night before to confirm that the tour was still on and that I would be picked up. James from the company messaged back saying that the tour was still on, so I had assumed this company had improved their tour experience and communication and this would no longer be a problem. Wrong! The morning of the scheduled tour, I send a message about 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and received nothing on Viator. I then tried to call and message the company's Whatsapp and could not get a response. It was my last day in Belize and I wanted to go snorkel, so I had to spend an extra $80 to fly on TropicAir and another 40-50 once at Caye Caulker to go snorkel like this tour was supposed to allow me to do. I would not recommend booking this tour as they don't communicate when it's cancelled, are unreliable and this tour company is borderline a scam. I have the message screenshots that I will be sending to Viator to help me get refunded to partially recoop what I had to spend on flights and a new tour very last-minute due to the no-show of this company!
