When coming off the tender, head down to terminal four, go through the building and you will see a booth with a exit sign on it. Exit the booth and you will see your guide with a sign that say "BELIZE JEEP ADVENTURE" and the leader name on it.

Be Aware of this Fraudster! - Unfortunately, this tour did not happen. Alfredo contacted me for a meet up time on 11/22/24. The tour guide, Gabriel met us (we were early and waiting), with the knowledge that they did not have access to their Jeeps. He tried to offer me other tours, which I had already done in Belize. He contacted Alfredo who tried to convince us to still go on a tour without a Jeep. I paid for this experience, so I deserve a refund. The company was suppose to provide a Jungle Jeep Adventure, so why would I have paid $430 to drive a Jeep and not be provided a Jeep. Alfredo had full knowledge the day before that he did not have access to his Jeeps due to flooding. As of 11/23/24 he hasn't canceled (at my verbal request on 11/22/24) nor refunded my money. He actually posted completed on this booking that did not happen. I will be reporting this company for fraud, since they have not provided a refund. This is truly disappointing, since I was looking forward to this adventure for my birthday. Understand other tours in Belize canceled/refunded my funds due to weather conditions and I was able to rebook a few days later.
